بررسی چالش های تعامل معلّم و دانش آموز در فضای آموزش مجازی و نقش آن بر کیفیت آموزشی از دیدگاه معلّمان مدارس ابتدایی شهرستان خداآفرین

هدف تحقیق بررسی چالش های تعامل معلّم و دانش آموز در فضای آموزش مجازی و نقش آن بر کیفیت آموزشی از دیدگاه معلّمان مدارس ابتدایی شهرستان خداآفرین می باشد. روش تحقیق، از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری شامل 170 نفر از معلمان مقطع ابتدایی شهرستان خداآفرین است که به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند که تعداد 150 پرسشنامه بازگشت. برای اندازه گیری چالش های تعامل معلّم و دانش آموز در فضای آموزش مجازی و همچنین برای اندازه گیری نقش چالش های تعامل معلّم و دانش آموز بر کیفیت از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شده است. داده ها با نرم افزار spss و lisrel تحلیل شد و از تحلیل عاملی استفاده شد. یافته های تحقیق نشان می دهد که میزان تاثیر چالش های تعاملی معلم و دانش آموز در فضای آموزش مجازی به ترتیب عوامل مربوط به خانواده، عوامل مربوط به فناوری، عوامل مربوط به دانش آموز، عوامل مربوط به معلم و عامل های مربوط به ارتباط معلم و دانش آموز، محاسبه شده است. همچنین عوامل مربوط به فناوری بیشترین تاثیر را بر کیفیت آموزشی از دیدگاه معلمان دارند. عوامل مربوط به خانواده در رتبه دوم قرار دارند، عوامل مربوط به ارتباط معلم و دانش آموز در رتبه سوم، عوامل مربوط به معلم در رتبه چهارم و عوامل مربوط به دانش آموز در رتبه پنجم تاثیر بر کیفیت آموزشی از دیدگاه معلمان قرار دارند.

investigating the challenges of teacher-student interaction in the virtual education space and its role on educational quality from the perspective of elementary school teachers in khoda afarin county

the purpose of the research is to investigate the challenges of teacher-student interaction in the virtual education space and its role on educational quality from the perspective of elementary school teachers in khoda afarin county. the research method is a survey. the statistical population includes 170 elementary school teachers in khoda afarin county who were selected as a sample, and 150 questionnaires were returned. a researcher-made questionnaire was used to measure the challenges of teacher-student interaction in the virtual education space and also to measure the role of teacher-student interaction challenges on quality. the data were analyzed with spss and lisrel software and factor analysis was used. the research findings show that the impact of teacher-student interaction challenges in the virtual education space was calculated by factors related to family, factors related to technology, factors related to students, factors related to teachers, and factors related to teacher-student relationships, respectively. also, technology-related factors have the greatest impact on educational quality from the teachers' perspective. family-related factors are in second place, teacher-student relationship factors are in third place, teacher-student relationship factors are in fourth place, and student-related factors are in fifth place in terms of impact on educational quality from the teachers' perspective.
