واکاوی تحلیلی ارزشیابی آموزشی در آموزش مجازی دانشگاهی

تحقیق با هدف واکاوی تحلیلی ارزشیابی آموزشی در آموزش مجازی انجام گردید. این تحقیق از نظرهدف کاربردی، از نظر شیوه گردآوری اطلاعات، توصیفی، از نظر ماهیت داده ها، کیفی و از نوع نظریه داده بنیاد می باشد. جامعه آماری استادان خبره دانشکده علوم تربیتی و روانشناسی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد کرج بودند که تعداد نمونه بر اساس اشباع نظری به 12 نفر رسید. روش نمونه گیری غیر تصادفی هدفمند و ابزار اندازه گیری مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته بود. جهت روایی و اعتبار داده‎ها از دو روش بازبینی مشارکت‎کنندگان و مرور نظر صاحب‌نظران غیرمشارکت کننده در تحقیق استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از طریق تحلیل محتوا و کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی انجام گردید. نتایج نشان داد عوامل اثرگذار بر ارزشیابی آموزشی دانشجویان درآموزش مجازی شامل 5 مقوله محوری زیرساخت ها و امکانات ارزشیابی مجازی و حمایت سازمانی، نگرش استادان به ارزشیابی مجازی، شناخت استادان از شیوه های ارزشیابی مجازی، شیوه های ارزشیابی استادان، آسیب های ارزشیابی مجازی می باشد. از نظر کیفیت ارزشیابی مجازی در دانشگاه آزاد کرج قابل قبول نبوده و در وضعیت مناسبی قرار نداشت. چالش های ارزشیابی درآموزش مجازی عبارتست از عدم توجه و عدم تاکید دانشگاه بر یادگیری، نوع نگرش دانشجویان در سیستم ارزشیابی مجازی یعنی تقلب کردن و رونویسی، انگیزه پایین دانشجو، عدم تعیین قوانین مناسب برای ارزشیابی مجازی. پیشنهاد می شود تیم های تخصصی در حوزه آموزش مجازی جهت پژوهش و پیدا کردن راهکارهای واقع بینانه در ارزشیابی، تامین بودجه های مورد نیاز، فرهنگ سازی و ارائه آموزش های لازم و پرهیز از آزمون و خطا و تامین زیر ساختهای لازم تشکیل گردد.

analytical analysis of educational evaluation in virtual university education

this study was conducted with the aim of analytical analysis of educational evaluation in e-learning in university. which was the foundation in terms of applied purpose and from the perspective ,and of data nature is qualitativeand data base theoryand information gathering method is descriptive. the data were collected through semi-structured interviews. the statistical population of the study was the professors of the department of educational sciences and psychology of the islamic azad university, karaj branch, who have taught, written or taught in the field of virtual education. it continued until the theoretical saturation with 12 people. the sampling method in this study was purposeful. the measuring tool was semi-strucyured interview.. for data validity used two method : review of contributors and review of experts. to analyze the collected data through content analysis and open coding, axial and selective were analyzed. the result included: karaj azad university students 'educational evaluation in virtual education in 5 central categories of infrastructure and facilities of virtual evaluation and organizational support, professors' attitude to virtual evaluation, professors 'knowledge of virtual evaluation methods, professors' evaluation methods, virtual evaluation disadvantages were. also,the evaluationwas to lack the necessary quality in virtual education, and the challenges of evaluation of virtual education are ahead of the azad university, including the following codes: lack of attention and emphasis on learning, students' attitudes in the virtual system, ie cheating and transcription, attitudes of society and officials towards scientific issues, low student motivation, ensuring student learning, determining the appropriate rules for virtual evaluation adherence to these rules was mentioned. the proposals include formation of specialized team, provision of budget, cultivation, providing the necessary training, no trial and error and providing the necessary infrastructure.
