بررسی راهکارهای ایجاد انگیزش معلمان ابتدایی جهت استفاده از شیوه‌های نوین آموزش در فضای مجازی

هدف این پژوهش بررسی راهکارهای ایجاد انگیزش معلمان ابتدایی جهت استفاده از شیوه‌های نوین آموزش درفضای مجازی آموزش و پرورش ناحیه سه شهرستان کرمانشاه است. این پژوهش با استفاده از روش تحقیق کیفی انجام گرفت. در این تحقیق از 12 نفر ازمعلمان و اساتید و خبرگان مسلط به شیوه‌های نوین تدریس ناحیه سه آموزش و پرورش شهرستان کرمانشاه به عنوان نمونه استفاده شده است. به منظور شناسایی راهکارهای موثر بر ایجاد انگیزش معلمان از روش تحلیل مضمون استفاده شد. با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و گلوله برفی و شاخص اشباع نظری نسبت به نمونه گیری از جامعه پژوهش اقدام شد. برای حصول اطمینان از روایی ابزار در پژوهش، از نظرات ارزشمند اساتید آشنا با این حوزه و متخصصان دانشگاهی که در این حوزه خبره و مطلع بودند استفاده شد. همچنین برای ارزیابی پایایی به روش پیشنهادی لینکن و کوبا استناد شد و برای تامین اعتبار و مقبولیت داده‌ها از روش درگیری دائمی و مستمر بهره گرفته شد. 16 مولفه شامل (وظیفه ‌شناسی، تعهد حرفه‌ای، خودکارآمدی، اثربخشی، اعتماد به ‌نفس، رضایت مندی شغلی، خود مختاری، مسئولیت ‌پذیری، ابتکار در تدریس، خلاقیت، تعامل با همکاران، به‌ روز نمودن مهارت‌ها، تنوع‌گرایی، پیشرفت شغلی، دل‌بستگی شغلی و شایستگی حرفه‌ای) بر انگیزش معلمان موثر بودند.

investigating ways to motivate primary teachers to use new teaching methods in virtual space

this study was conducted with the aim of investigating ways to motivate primary teachers to use new teaching methods in the virtual space of education in the three districts of kermanshah. this research was done using qualitative research method. in this research, 12 teachers and professors and experts who are proficient in modern teaching methods of the third education district of kermanshah city have been used. in order to identify the effective strategies for creating teachers' motivation, the theme analysis method was used. using purposeful and snowball sampling and theoretical saturation index, sampling was done from the research community. for this purpose, several experts, professors and teachers were identified and interviewed using the targeted sampling method. in order to ensure the validity of the tool in the research, the valuable opinions of professors familiar with this field and academic experts who were experts and informed in this field were used. also, the method proposed by lincoln and cuba was used to evaluate the reliability, and the method of permanent and continuous engagement was used to ensure the validity and acceptability of the data. . 16 components including (professionalism, professional commitment, self-efficacy, effectiveness, self-confidence, job satisfaction, autonomy, responsibility, initiative in teaching, creativity, interaction with colleagues, updating skills, diversity, career development, job commitment and professional competence) to motivate effective teachers they were.
