بررسی عوامل خانوادگی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی بر رضایت شغلی و میزان تاثیر آن بر معلمان دوره دوم متوسطه ناحیه3 شهر اهواز

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی عوامل خانوادگی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی در رضایت شغلی و تاثیر آن بر معلمان دوره دوم متوسطه ناحیه3 شهر اهواز که از نظر نوع، پژوهشی آمیخته(کیفی کمی) می‌باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش در بخش کیفی مقالات مرتبط با موضوع از سال 1390 تا 1401بوده که پس از بررسی نهایی تعداد 25 مقاله انتخاب گردید. در بخش کمی جامعه آماری شامل کلیه معلمین مرد و زن مقطع دوم متوسطه ناحیه 3 شهر اهواز می‌باشد. نمونه آماری براساس فرمول کوکران370 نفر که نیمی از آنها مرد و نیمی زن هستند که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها در بخش کمی، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته می باشد که گویه های آن، مولفه های جمع آوری وکدگذاری شده مقالات مستخرج از پایگاه های علمی با موضوع رضایتمندی معلمان با نرم افزار atlas ti استخراج شده، می باشد. پس از کد گذاری با روش باز و انتخابی پرسشنامه در 4 بعد فردی/خانوادگی، اجتماعی /سازمانی، اقتصادی، فرهنگی و71 گویه تنظیم شد. روایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از ضریب cvr مطلوب گزارش شد. پایایی پرسشنامه از طریق محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای این پژوهش 0.88 گزارش گردید. پس از جمع آوری داده ها با استفاده ازنرم افزار spss24و از رگرسیون خطی برای بررسی میزان ضریب تاثیر در چهار بعد فردی/خانوادگی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی بیشتر از 90 درصد به دست آمد. بنابراین پیشنهاد می شود، برای بهبود کیفیت زندگی و رضایتمندی معلمان بر اساس این چهار بعد برنامه ریزی و سیاست گذاری های لازم انجام شود تا بتوان در توسعه هر چه بیشتر جامعه از آن بهره برد.

the aim of the present study is to study family, economic, social and cultural factors on job satisfaction and its impact on second year secondary school teachers in district 3 of ahvaz city, which is a mixed research (qualitative quantitative) in terms of type. the statistical population of the study in the qualitative section was articles related to the subject from 2011 to 2012, of which 25 articles were selected after the final review. in the quantitative section, the statistical population includes all male and female teachers in the second year secondary school in district 3 of ahvaz city. the statistical sample is based on the cochran formula of 370 people, half of whom are male and half are female, who were selected using a simple random sampling method. the data collection tool in the quantitative section is a researcher made questionnaire, the items of which are the collected and coded components of articles extracted from scientific databases on the subject of teacher satisfaction extracted with atlas ti software. after coding with an open and selective method, the questionnaire was organized into 4 dimensions: individual/family, social/organizational, economic, and cultural, and 71 items. the validity of the questionnaire was reported as favorable using the cvr coefficient. the reliability of the questionnaire was reported as 0.88 by calculating the cronbach's alpha coefficient for this study. after collecting data using the spss24 software and linear regression to examine the effect coefficient in the four dimensions of individual/family, economic, social, and cultural, more than 90 percent was obtained. therefore, it is suggested that necessary planning and policymaking be carried out to improve the quality of life and satisfaction of teachers based on these four dimensions so that it can be used in the development of society as much as possible.
