پیش بینی سرمایه های فکری و عملکرد سازمان با تعهد حرفه ای مدیران دبیرستان های متوسطه آموزش و پرورش شهرستان شهرکرد

هدف از این پژوهش پیش بینی سرمایه فکری و توسعه عملکرد سازمانی با تعهد حرفه ای مدیران متوسطه دوره اول و دوم آموزش و پرورش در شهرستان شهرکرد می‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، 384 نفر از مدیران دو ناحیه ی شهرستان شهرکرد با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی متناسب با حجم، 217 نفر(164نفر مدیرخانم و 53 نفر مدیرآقا ) به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای تعیین حجم نمونه مورد نظر با توجه به حجم جامعه آماری از فرمول کوکران استفاده شده است. ابزار گردآوری داده، پرسشنامه های سرمایه فکری، عملکرد سازمانی و اثربخشی عملکرد بر تعهد کاری مدیران بوده‌اند که روایی و پایایی آنها به تایید رسیده است. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش آمار توصیفی و استنباطی و از آزمون های t آزمون همبستگی و رگرسیون چندگانه استفاده شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که ابعاد سرمایه فکری رابطه مثبت و معناداری بر متغیرهای پژوهش یعنی تعهد حرفه ای مدیران و عملکرد سازمانی دارد. همچنین عملکرد سازمانی نیز رابطه مثبت و معناداری بر تعهد حرفه ای مدیران دارد.

predicting intellectual capital and organizational performance with professional commitment of managers of secondary education high schools in shahrekord city

the aim of this study is to predict intellectual capital and develop organizational performance with professional commitment of managers of the first and second cycle of secondary education in shahrekord city. the present study is of a descriptive correlational type. the statistical population of the study was 384 managers from two districts of shahrekord city using a random sampling method proportional to the volume, 217 people (164 female managers and 53 male managers) were selected as samples. the cochran formula was used to determine the desired sample size according to the size of the statistical population. the data collection tools were questionnaires on intellectual capital, organizational performance, and the effectiveness of performance on managers' work commitment, whose validity and reliability have been confirmed. in order to analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics methods and t tests, correlation tests, and multiple regression were used. the research findings showed that the dimensions of intellectual capital have a positive and significant relationship with the research variables, namely managers' professional commitment and organizational performance. also, organizational performance has a positive and significant relationship with managers' professional commitment.
