جنگ هیبریدی و شناختی ایالات‌متحده آمریکا علیه جمهوری اسلامی ایران

اگر امروزه (2024) دسته‌بندی جدیدی از جنگ‌ها ارائه شود، بدون شک جنگ هیبریدی و شناختی یکی از مدرن‌ترین آن‌ها است، چرا که این جنگ‌ها یکی از پرطرفدارترین و رایج‌ترین جنگ‌های پیش‌رو کنشگران است. هر چند در شکل‌گیری این نوع جنگ‌ها هنوز ابهاماتی وجود دارد. ولی آنچه باعث جلب توجه به این جنگ‌ها شده است، شیوع ویروس کرونا و جنگ روسیه و اوکراین می‌باشد. از این‌رو لازم است در جامعه علمی ایران چنین جنگ‌های مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار گیرند تا قبل از بحران و درگیر شدن با چالش‌های عمقی آن‌ها نقاط قوت و ضعف شناسایی شود. لذا نویسندگان در این مقاله تلاش خواهند کرد به این پرسش «جنگ هیبریدی و شناختی ایالات‌متحده آمریکا علیه ایران چگونه قابل ارزیابی است؟» پاسخ دهند. رویکرد تحقیق نوشتار حاضر توصیفی- تبیینی و داده‌ها با استفاده از روش کتابخانه‌ای گردآوری شده‌اند. یافته‌های کلی نشان می‌دهد در حال حاضر آمریکا جنگ هیبریدی و شناختی علیه ج.ا.ایران در قالب جنگ روانی، اطلاعاتی، سایبری، تبلیغاتی، رسانه‌ای و اعتراضات داخلی دنبال می‌کند.

if a new classification of wars were presented today (2024)، hybrid and cognitive warfare would undoubtedly be among the most modern، as they are some of the most popular and common forms of warfare among contemporary actors. although some ambiguities remain in the formation of these types of wars، what has drawn significant attention to them is the outbreak of the covid-19 pandemic and the russia-ukraine war. therefore، it is necessary for the iranian academic community to examine and analyze these wars so that their strengths and weaknesses can be identified before a crisis occurs or deeper challenges arise. thus، in this article، the authors aim to address the question: how can the hybrid and cognitive warfare of the united states against iran be evaluated? the research approach in this article is descriptive-explanatory، and the data has been collected through library-based methods. the overall findings indicate that، currently، the u.s. is engaging in hybrid and cognitive warfare against the islamic republic of iran، which includes psychological warfare، intelligence operations، cyber attacks، propaganda، media manipulation، and inciting domestic protests.
