بررسی عوامل موثر بر افزایش بهره‌وری از موقوفات تاریخی شهرستان کاشان

فرهنگ وقف که در سنت اسلامی ریشه دارد، در طول تاریخ نقش موثری در شکل دادن به جوامع و ارتقای رفاه اجتماعی داشته است. در سال های اخیر، علاقه فزاینده ای به مطالعه گسترش فرهنگ وقف و موقوفات تاریخی در مناطق مختلف از جمله شهرستان کاشان وجود داشته است. هدف این پژوهش بررسی عوامل موثر بر افزایش بهره وری از موقوفات تاریخی در شهرستان کاشان و تاثیر آن بر توسعه جامعه است. روش تحقیق از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی بوده و جمع ‏آوری داده ‏ها و اطلاعات به ‌صورت اسنادی و پیمایشی است. با توجه به ماهیت موضوع و اهداف پژوهش، نوع تحقیق کاربردی است. در بخش مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای، به بررسی مقالات صورت گرفته و در بخش مطالعات میدانی نیز از پرسش‌نامه‏ محقق‌ساخته استفاده شده است. قلمرو مورد مطالعه موقوفات تاریخی، محدوده شهرستان کاشان است و جامعه آماری تحقیق، روحانیون و طلبه هایی هستند تحت پوشش مرکز خدمات حوزه علمیه کاشان که شامل 19 حوزه علمیه و تعداد 5792 روحانی زن و مرد می باشد. حجم نمونه براساس فرمول نمونه گیری تعداد 116 نفر تعیین شد. یافته های تحقیق نشان می دهد متغیر میزان نقش مسئولین، مدیران و شناسایی نیازها و کمبودهای موقوفات موجود، دو عامل موثر بر افزایش بهره وری در محدوده موقوفات تاریخی شهرستان کاشان هستند.

investigating factors affecting the productivity of historical endowments of kashan city

the culture of endowment, which is rooted in islamic tradition, has played an effective role in shaping societies and promoting social welfare throughout history. in recent years, there has been a growing interest in studying the spread of the culture of endowment and historical endowments in various regions, including kashan city. the aim of this research is to investigate the factors affecting the increase in the productivity of historical endowments in kashan city and its impact on the development of society. the research method is descriptive-analytical and data and information are collected in the form of documents and surveys. given the nature of the subject and objectives of the research, the type of research is applied. in the library studies section, articles were reviewed, and in the field studies section, a researcher-made questionnaire was used. the study area of ​​historical endowments is the area of ​​kashan city, and the statistical population of the research is clerics and students covered by the kashan seminary service center, which includes 19 seminaries and 5,792 male and female clerics. the sample size was determined as 116 people based on the sampling formula. the research findings show that the variable of the role of officials and managers and the identification of needs and deficiencies of existing endowments are two factors effective in increasing productivity within the historical endowments of kashan city.
