پیامدهای تمرکززدایی از سازمان‌های حمایتی ایران بر پایۀ مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکتی

مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکتی نمایان‌گر تعهد مدیران شرکت‌ها، کارخانه‌ها و کسب و کارها به اقدامات داوطلبانه‌ای است که منفعت عمومی را به همراه دارد. هدف این تحقیق بررسی پیامدهای تمرکززدایی از سازمان‌های حمایتی ایران بر پایۀ مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکتی- استانی بود. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی، از نظر ماهیت کیفی و از نظر مسیراجرا نظریۀ داده بنیاد با رویکرد نظام‌مند استراوس و کوربین است. نمونه‌آماری تحقیق شامل جمعی از مدیران و کارکنان سازمان‌های حمایتی، اساتید و پژوهشگران دانشگاهی و همچنین مدیران و کارکنان شرکت‌ها، کارخانه‌ها و کسب و کارها بودند که بصورت نمونه گیری هدفمند/قضاوتی انتخاب شدند. نتایج بررسی داده‌های دست اول در سه فاز مختلف، ولی به هم پیوسته، از طریق کدگذاری باز، کدگذاری محوری و کدگذاری انتخابی نشان داد که شش مقوله‌ تعالی سازمانی، توانمند شدن افراد تحت پوشش، تقویت مشروعیت نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران، پیشرفت اقتصادی، پیشرفت فرهنگی-اجتماعی و بقای شرکت‌ها و کارخانه‌ها بخشی از پیامدهای تمرکززدایی از سازمان‌های حمایتی ایران بر پایۀ مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکتی- استانی هستند. از این‌رو، شناخت پیامدهای احصا شده می‌تواند، ضمن ترسیم وضعیت مطلوب سازمان‌های حمایتی پس از تمرکز زدایی، درک عمیق تری را نسبت به اهمیت تنظیم‌گری روابط بین ذی نفعان سازمان‌های حمایتی ایران بر مبنای ارزشها و هنجارهای حکمرانی متعالی در ایجاد مسولیت پذیری اجتماعی ایجاد کند.

consequences of decentralization of iranian support organizations based on social responsibility of corporate

corporate social responsibility represents the commitment of managers of companies, factories and businesses to voluntary actions that bring public benefit. the purpose of this research was to investigate the consequences of decentralization of iran's support organizations on the basis of corporate-provincial social responsibility. in terms of practical purpose, in terms of qualitative nature, and in terms of implementation, the current research is based on the systematic approach of strauss and corbin. the statistical sample of the research included a group of managers and employees of support organizations, university professors and researchers, as well as managers and employees of companies, factories and businesses, who were selected as a purposeful/judgmental sampling. the results of examining the first-hand data in three different but interconnected phases through open coding, central coding and selective coding showed that the six categories of organizational excellence, empowering the people covered, strengthening the legitimacy of the islamic republic of iran system, economic progress, progress socio-cultural and the survival of companies and factories are part of the consequences of decentralization of iran's support organizations on the basis of corporate-provincial social responsibility. therefore, the knowledge of the calculated consequences can create a deeper understanding of the importance of regulating the relations between the stakeholders of iran's support organizations based on the values and norms of superior governance in creating social responsibility, while drawing the favorable situation of support organizations after decentralization.
