حکمرانی جهادی (درآمدی بر تحلیل سیرۀ سردار سلیمانی از منظر آموزه‌های حکمرانی)

این پژوهش، توصیفاتی که از سبک و سیرۀ شخصی و شخصیتی سردار سلیمانی در کلام مقام معظم رهبری(مدظله‌العالی) ارائه‌ شده را از دید آموزه‌های حکمرانی تحلیل کرده، با این هدف که امتیازات و تمایزات آن را شناسایی و الگویی مقدماتی بر مبنای یافته‌ها ترسیم کند. در این راستا از  روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی استفاده شد. پس از تحلیل نمونۀ آماری تمام‌شمار از بیانات منتشرشده دربارۀ سردار سلیمانی، 27 شناسه استخراج شد که پنج گروه از آنها برآمد. سرانجام مقوله‌هایی در دو بعد فردی و اجتماعی شکل گرفت که در مقام انتزاع با نظام مفهومی «حکمرانی جهادی» تبیین نظری شد. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد الگوی حکمرانی جهادی با محوریت و مرکزیت مفهوم جهاد در معنای عام آن، از جهت مبانی و خاستگاه، مفهوم اثربخشی و جایگاه جهاد و مجاهدت حکمران در آن از دیگر الگوهای معرفی‌شده حتی الگوهای بومی، متمایز بوده و شاخص‌های یادشده جزء ماهوی آن به شمار می آید.
