ارائه الگوی حکمرانی اسلامی- ایرانی آموزش و پرورش

آموزش و پرورش به عنوان اصلی ترین مسئول تلعیم و تربیت عمومی کشور وظیفه تربیت نسل آینده و دستیابی دانش آموزان به حیات طیبه در ابعاد فردی، خانوادگی، اجتماعی و جهانی را بر عهده دارد. دستیابی به اهداف سند تحول بنیادین آموزش و پرورش در جایگاه سند بالا دستی آموزش و پرورش نیاز به نقشه راهی است که متناسب با زیسب بوم و فرهنگ غنی اسلامی ایرانی باشد. در سال های اخیر بعلت تصمیم گیری نادرست در آموزش و پرورش در سایه فهم غلط از حکمرانی و الگو برداری از الگوهای غربی موجب عقب ماندگی از برنامه ها و عدم عملیاتی شدن سندتحول شده است. این پژوهش با نقد الگوی حکمرانی غربی موسوم به حکمرانی خوب و معرفی درون مایه لیبرالی آن به معرفی الگوی اسلامی – ایرانی پیشرفت که دارای ماهیت توحیدی است پرداخته است. این الگو ضمن سازگاری با بوم کشورمان که منطبق با ایرانیت و اسلامیت مردم است، دستیابی به حیات طیبه و سعادت دنیوی و اخروی افراد جامعه را تضمین می کند. به همین منظور با استفاده از روشگان داده‌بنیاد به گردآوری، تحلیل و تبیین عوامل موثر جهت بهبود الگوی حکمرانی در بدنه آموزش و پرورش جمهوری اسلامی ایران پرداخته است. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که در چارچوب مفروضات دینی، 1- خود ارزیای و پاسخ گویی مسئولانه، 2- نقش آفرینی و تعامل اثر بخش نهاد آموزش و پرورش، 3- تکلیف گرایی و امانت داری، 4- خود مراقبتی و محاسبه و 5- صداقت در کردار و گفتار در تمام سطوح از مهمترین گزاره‌های بهبود حکمرانی در آموزش و پرورش کشور است. در انتها نیز الگوی حکمرانی اسلامی - ایرانی آموزش و پرورش ارائه شده است.

presenting the islamic-iranian governance model of education

education, as the main responsible for the education of the country, is responsible for the education of the future generation and for students to achieve a good life in individual, family, social and global dimensions. achieving the goals of the document on the fundamental transformation of education, in the position of the high-level document of education, requires a road map that is appropriate to iran's rich islamic environment and culture. in recent years, due to incorrect decision making in education and training, under the shadow of misunderstanding of governance and imitation of western models, it has caused lagging behind the programs and non-operationalization of the transformation document. by criticizing the western model of governance known as good governance and introducing its liberal content, this research introduced the islamic-iranian model of progress, which has a monotheistic nature. this model, while being compatible with the environment of our country, which is in accordance with the iranianness and islam of the people, guarantees the achievement of a good life and happiness in the world and the hereafter. for this purpose, using database methods, it has collected, analyzed and explained the effective factors to improve the governance model in the education body of the islamic republic of iran. the results of the research showed that within the framework of religious assumptions, 1- self-evaluation and responsible accountability, 2- role-playing and effective interaction of the educational institution, 3- obligation and trustworthiness, 4- self-care and calculation, and 5- honesty in deed and speech at all levels is one of the most important propositions to improve governance in the country's education. at the end, the model of islamic-iranian governance of education is presented.
