ارزش‌گذاری و بررسی مولفه‌های کیفیت محیط زندگی و رضایتمندی افراد ساکن در مجتمع‌های مسکونی ایران از دیدگاه متخصصین

هدف از این پژوهش رتبه‌بندی و بررسی معناداری مولفه‌های تاثیرگذار بر کیفیت محیط زندگی و رضایتمندی ساکنین مجتمع‌های مسکونی در ایران از نگاه متخصصین است. بررسی رضایت ساکنان از محیط زندگی یکی از اصولی‌ترین ارزیابی‌ها برای سنجش کیفیت زندگی در مجتمع‌های مسکونی است. این ارزیابی، به مدیران و برنامه‌ریزان کمک می‌کند تا با شناسایی نقاط قوت و ضعف محیط زندگی، برنامه‌های مناسبی برای بهبود وضعیت آن اتخاذ کنند. تحقیقات نشان می‌دهد که ارزیابی رضایت از محیط زندگی در ابعاد گسترده‌ای صورت می‌گیرد و این مولفه‌ها و شاخص‌ها بهبود رضایت از مسکن و کیفیت زندگی در مجتمع‌های مسکونی را ترویج می‌دهند. توجه به رضایت ساکنان از مجتمع‌های مسکونی اهمیت بسیاری دارد. این نشان می‌دهد که سطح رضایت آنان از شرایط و خدمات موجود در محل زندگی خود چقدر است و چه اندازه از آن‌ها راضی هستند. این موضوع تاثیر زیادی بر کیفیت زندگی فردی و اجتماعی دارد و می‌تواند بهبود زندگی ساکنان را تضمین کند. برای رسیدن به اهداف مقاله؛ روش تحقیق ترکیبی از روش‌های توصیفی-تحلیلی و پیمایشی با ابزار پرسشنامه و حجم نمونه شامل 90 نفر از اساتید دانشگاهی است. نتایج کلی از تحلیل داده‌ها نشان می‌دهد که مولفه‌های اقتصادی، فرهنگی، اجتماعی، ذهنی، کالبدی و محیطی بر روی کیفیت محیط زندگی و به‌تبع آن بر رضایتمندی افراد ساکن در مجتمع‌های مسکونی ازنظر متخصصین معنادار است.

this study focuses on analyzing and prioritizing the factors that impact the quality of the living environment and resident satisfaction within residential complexes in iran, based on expert perspectives. evaluating resident satisfaction with their living conditions serves as a key indicator of the overall quality of life in such communities. these assessments help managers and urban planners identify both strengths and areas for improvement, guiding the development of strategies for enhancing residential environments. research indicates that satisfaction with living environments encompasses a diverse range of dimensions, with numerous components and indicators contributing to improved housing quality and overall well-being in residential settings. the importance of resident satisfaction lies in its capacity to reflect how effectively the living environment aligns with the needs and expectations of its inhabitants. this satisfaction not only affects individual well-being but also has broader implications for community quality of life, creating opportunities for sustained improvements.the study employs a mixed-method approach, integrating descriptive-analytical techniques with survey-based research. data was gathered through a questionnaire distributed to a sample group of 90 university professors. findings reveal that economic, cultural, social, psychological, physical, and environmental factors play pivotal roles in shaping the quality of the living environment and directly influence resident satisfaction in residential complexes, as assessed by experts.
