ارزیابی و رتبه‌بندی اصول طراحی بیوفیلیک در معماری مسکونی مشهد

هدف پژوهش حاضر ارزیابی و رتبه‌بندی وضعیت اصول طراحی بیوفیلیک گنجانده شده در معماری مسکونی مشهد می‌باشد. پرسشنامه‌ای به منظور ارزیابی و رتبه‌بندی وضعیت اصول و معیارهای بیوفیلیک در معماری شهر مشهد تهیه گردید و از نظر پایایی و روایی مورد تایید قرار گرفت. نمونه‌ای متشکل از 105 نفر از کارشناسان آشنا با مفاهیم بیوفیلیک با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. رتبه‌بندی معیارهای بیوفیلیک با کمک روش topsis و از طریق نرم‌افزار اکسل انجام شد.نتایج پژوهش نشان داد معیارهای برخی عناصر مانند گیاهان داخلی، فضای سبز بیرونی و نور طبیعی تا حد نسبتاً خوبی در طراحی معماری خانه‌های مشهد گنجانده شده‌اند. اما استفاده از آب‌نماها و مصالح طبیعی به میزان کمتری لحاظ شده است. همچنین، معیارهایی مرتبط با ارتقای سلامت و بهزیستی ساکنان مانند کاهش استرس، افزایش تمرکز و ارتقای خلق‌وخو در رتبه‌های پایین‌تری قرار گرفتند. افزایش بکارگیری مصالح طبیعی، گیاهان و فضاهای سبز، بهینه‌سازی منابع نور طبیعی و ترکیب عناصر آبی در راستای کاهش وضعیت بحرانی پیشنهاد گردید.همچنین به منظور بهبود وضعیت طراحی بیوفیلیک در معماری مسکونی مشهد، تاکید بر آموزش، ترویج و تسهیل رویه‌های ساختمان‌سازی پایدار می‌تواند به ارتقای سطح طراحی بیوفیلیک در این شهر کمک کند. انجام این اقدامات می‌تواند به خلق محیط‌های مسکونی سالم‌تر و با کیفیت‌تر در مشهد بینجامد و رفاه و سلامت ساکنان را ارتقاء دهد.

evaluating and ranking biophilic design principles in the residential architecture of mashhad

the recent introduction and institutionalization of contemporary architecture in mashhad have raised concerns about the potential misalignment between the city's residential architecture and the principles of biophilic design. the objective of current paper was to evaluate and rank the status of biophilic design principles integrated in the residential architecture of mashhad.a questionnaire was developed to assess and rank the status of biophilic principles and criteria in the architecture of mashhad, which was validated for reliability and validity. a sample of 105 experts familiar with biophilic concepts was selected using purposive sampling. the ranking of biophilic criteria was performed using the topsis method and excel software.the results of the study showed that the criteria for some elements such as indoor plants, outdoor green spaces, and natural light have been relatively well integrated into the architectural design of mashhad homes. however, the use of water features and natural materials has been less considered. additionally, criteria related to improving the health and well-being of residents, such as stress reduction, increased concentration, and mood enhancement, were ranked lower.to improve the critical situation, increased use of natural materials, plants, and green spaces, optimization of natural light sources, and the combination of water elements were suggested. furthermore, emphasis on education, promotion, and facilitation of sustainable construction practices can contribute to the enhancement of biophilic design in this city.implementing these measures can lead to the creation of healthier and higher-quality residential environments in mashhad, and improve the well-being and health of the residents
