معیارهای دسترسی، جابجایی و حمل و نقل در مکان یابی مراکز اقامتی-گردشگری(مطالعه موردی: یافتن موقعیت مکانی هتل در شیراز با روشanp)

در طراحی معماری یک هتل، نه تنها طراحی، بلکه انتخاب مکان مناسب برای این عملکرد خاص نیز نقش مهمی دارد. معیارهای مکان یابی در یافتن بهترین سایت به عنوان مکان یک کاربری، موثر هستند. در کلان شهرها، هتل ها معمولاً در مکان های ثروتمند یا مرکز شهر، طراحی و ساخته می شوند و بحث چگونگی مکان یابی کمتر مورد توجه طراحان قرار می گیرد. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی و ارزشگذاری شاخصه های موثر بر انتخاب سایت هایی است که نقش بهترین مکان را برای هتل ها ایفا می کنند. پژوهش حاضر با به کارگیری ترکیبی از روش های کمی و کیفی در دو بخش تنظیم شده است. در گامنخست با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه ای، زیرمعیارهای موثر در مکان یابی مراکز اقامتی استخراج شد. دو معیار دسترسی و مدیریت عملیات از منظرصاحب نظران به عنوان معیارهایی مشترک در مکان یابی کاربری های مختلف از جمله هتل ها اهمیت دارند. با استفاده از روش anp هر زیرمعیار با سایر معیارها مقایسه و برای ایجاد اولویت ها نمره گذاری شد تا با ایجاد یک سوپر ماتریکس بتوان به محاسبه وزن معیارها و تصمیم گیری در مورد رتبه ها کمک نمود تا زیرمعیارهای مختلف برای یافتن مکان مناسب از نظر معیار دسترسی برای هتل، در مورد 3 سایت مختلف از شهر شیراز مورد بررسی واقع شود. در این مقاله از برنامه superdecision و photoshop برای شبیه سازی و تحلیل گرافیکی برای سایت نهایی استفاده شد. نتایج این پژوهش حاکی از آن است که در نمونه های مورد بررسی این مقاله، تفاوت معناداری میان سه سایت انتخاب شده از نظر معیار دسترسی با سه زیرمعیار تراکم راه، زیرساخت های شهری و سهولت دسترسی وجود دارد. سایت شماره سه (واقع در بلوار مدرس شیراز) ، در بخش زیرمعیار تراکم راه، با وزن 448806 / 0 ، در بخش زیرمعیار زیرساخت با وزن 459413 / 0 و در بخش زیرمعیار سهولت دسترسی نیز با وزن 424724 / 0 دارای بیشترین وزن بوده و در رتبه نخست قرار می گیرد. لذا این سایت به لحاظ معیار دسترسی دارای تفاوت معناداری با سایر سایت ها بوده و بهترین سایت برای انتخاب به عنوان مکان بهینه برای کاربری هتل در شهر شیراز می باشد.

accessibility, mobility and transportation criteria in locating tourist-accommodation centers (case study: finding the location of a hotel in shiraz using the anp method)

in the architectural design of a hotel, not only the design, but also the choice of the right place for this specific function plays an important role. in big cities, hotels are usually designed and built in rich places or in the city center, and the discussion of how to locate them is less considered by designers. the aim of the current research is to investigate and evaluate the effective indicators on the selection of sites that play the role of the best location for hotels. the current research is organized in two parts using a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. in the first step, effective sub-criteria in locating accommodation centers were extracted using library resources. the two criteria of accessibility and operation management are important from the point of view of the experts as common criteria in locating different uses, including hotels. using the anp method, each subcriterion was compared with other criteria and scored to create priorities, so that by creating a super matrix, it can help to calculate the weight of the criteria and decide on the ranks. different sub-criteria to find the right place in terms of access criteria for the hotel should be investigated for 3 different sites in shiraz city. in this article, superdecision and photoshop were used for simulation and graphic analysis for the final site. the results of this research indicate that in the samples examined in this article, there is a significant difference between the three selected sites in terms of access criteria with three sub-criteria of road density, urban infrastructure and ease of access. site number three (located in modares blvd. shiraz) has the highest weight in the sub-criterion of road density with a weight of 0.448806, in the sub-criterion of infrastructure with a weight of 0.459413 and in the sub-criterion of ease of access with a weight of 0.424724. is ranked first. therefore, this site is significantly different from other sites in terms of access criteria, and it is the best site to choose as the optimal location for hotel use in shiraz.
