بررسی سبک‌های یادگیری دانشجویان معماری آموزشکده فنی و حرفه‌ای دختران شیراز

سبک یادگیری به تفاوت های افراد در ترجیح روش های دریافت، سازمان دهی و پردازش اطلاعات در یادگیری مفاهیم تازه اشاره می کند، شناخت سبک یادگیری دانشجویان عاملی مهم در افزایش یادگیری و جلوگیری از هدررفتن استعدادها و امکانات آنان است . رشته معماری یک رشته چند وجهی می باشد و علاوه بر جنبه های هنری، جنبه فنی آن نیز حایز اهمیت و نیازمند شناخت دقیق سبک یادگیری دانشجویان است. دانشگاه فنی و حرفه ای با آموزش های مهارت محور سعی در پرورش نیرو های ماهر جهت اشتغال پس از فراغت از تحصیل را دارد، بهمین رو آگاهی از سبک یادگیری دانشجویان جهت نحوه تدریس و هدایت آنان بسیارمهم می باشد. این نوشتار سعی دارد بر اساس سبک یادگیری دیوید کلب که شامل چهار سبک یادگیری واگرا، همگرا، انطباق یابنده و جذب کننده است، سبک غالب یادگیری دانشجویان معماری آموزشکده فنی دختران شیراز را مشخص کند. پژوهش حاضر توصیفی-تحلیلی است که بصورت مقطعی در سال 1398 در مورد دانشجویانی انجام شده است که حداقل یک ترم تحصیلی را گذرانده اند. نتایج تحقیق نشان می دهد که سبک غالب یادگیری دانشجویان به ترتیب سبک های واگرا 42 درصد ، انطباق دهنده 34 درصد، جذب کننده 16 درصد و همگرا 12 درصد است. این پژوهش نشان داد که سبک غالب دانشجویان معماری آموزشکده فنی دختران شیراز واگرا و انطباق یابنده می باشد که با توجه بهماهیت دانشگاه فنی و حرفه ای که تاکید بر انجام کارهای عملی دارد همخوانی نزدیک دارد. با توجه به چند بعدی بودن رشته معماری، در جهت افزایش بهره وری از تدریس، اساتید باید تلاش کنند که سبک های یادگیری دانشجویان را شناسایی و در شیوه تدریس سبک یادگیری حاصل شده را مد نظر داشته باشند.

learning style refers to the differences in people's preference for ways of receiving, organizing and processing information in learning new concepts. knowing the learning style of students is an important factor in increasing learning and preventing the wastage of their talents and possibilities. the field of architecture is a multifaceted field, and in addition to the artistic aspects, its technical aspect is also important and requires a detailed understanding of the students' learning styl .the technical and vocational university, with skill-based training, seeks to foster skilled workers for post-graduate employment.therefore, it is important to be aware of the students' learning style in order to teach and guide them.this article attempts to identify the dominant learning style of architecture students based on david kolb's learning style, which includes four divergent, convergent, adaptive and absorbing learning styles.the present study is a descriptive-analytical study that was conducted in 1398 on students of architecture of shiraz girls' technical school who have completed at least one semester.the results show that students' dominant learning style is 42% divergent, 34% accommodator, 16% assimilator and 12% convergent, respectively. this research showed that the dominant style of architecture students of shiraz girls' technical school is divergent and adaptive, which is in close agreement with the nature of technical and professional university that emphasizes doing practical work. given that architecture is a multidisciplinary field. professors should try to identify and address students' weaknesses, and to incorporate the learning style learned in teaching.
