راهبردهای موثر در مرمت‌شهری؛ به‌منظور حفظ هویت ‌فرهنگی در مناطق تاریخی شهری

تاریخ نگاری میراث شهرها و مناطق تاریخی، نمایانگر پیچیدگی و غنای هویت فرهنگی مردمان است و به طورخاص نمود این میراث های فرهنگی، به عنوان یک میراث ملی، نقش بسیار حیاتی در شکل دهی به حفظ هویت فرهنگی یک جامعه ایفاء می کنند. این مناطق به عنوان ماهیت ذاتی تاریخی، ابعاد اجتماعی، فرهنگی اقتصادی و حتی سیاسی، هویت فرهنگی شهرها را حفظ و ارتباط عمیقی با مطالعات آیندۀ آن نواحی درخود دارند. دراین زمینه، تبیین مرمت شهری به عنوان یک راهبرد مهم در حفظ، ارتقاء هویت فرهنگی و محیط پایدار در مناطق تاریخی شهری موردتوجه قرارگرفته است. مطلعات نشان می دهد که تبیین مرمت شهری نه تنها به حفظ ساختارهای تاریخی کمک می کند بلکه ازطریق باززنده سازی و احیاء این مناطق، می توان به ارتقاء کیفیت زندگی شهروندان و جذب گردشگران ارج نهد. دراین پژوهش، به بررسی اهمیت مرمت شهری به عنوان یک راهبرد برای حفظ هویت فرهنگی در مناطق تاریخی شهری پرداخته و راهکارها، چالش ها، و اثرات مثبت این اقدامات را موردواکاوی قرارداده است. به عبارتی دگر، این تحقیق پژوهشی بابررسی خاستگاه و سیرتحولات دیدگاه های حوزۀ مرمت و حفاظت در زمان معاصر پرداخته و درارتباط با راهبردهای مرمت شهری برخوردار می باشد. روش تحقیق پژوهش حاضر را می توان ترکیبی از مرورادبیات (کمی)، برای شناخت مبانی نظری عنوان داشت. و با بهره گیری از روش (کیفی)، درراستای تبیینات بر شناسایی ارزش های مطالعات هویت فرهنگی بهره جست. بدین ترتیب، بااستفاده از شاخص های کمی؛ عملکرد راهبردها و تدابیر مرمت شهری ارزیابی می شود. یافته ها حاکی ازآن است که واکاوی عمق ابعاد موضوعی و اصول نظری، می تواند تبیینی موثر درجهت تثبیت راهبردهای مرمت شهری به منظور حفظ هویت فرهنگی در مناطق تاریخی شهری هویدا گردد. درنتیجه، این تلاش به دنبال ساختار و ارتباط مفاهیم مبانی نظری با راهبردهای مرمت شهری انجام گرفته است، تا به وضوح نقش هرکدام در حفظ و ارتقاء هویت فرهنگی مناطق تاریخی شهری را برجسته سازد.

the historiography of urban heritage and historical areas is indicative of the complexity and richness of cultural identity, particularly highlighting the role of these cultural legacies as a national heritage. these areas, with their intrinsic historical, social, cultural, economic, and even political dimensions, play a crucial role in preserving and deeply connecting with the future studies of these regions. in this regard, the elucidation of urban conservation as a significant strategy in preserving and enhancing cultural identity in historical urban areas has gained attention. research findings indicate that urban conservation not only contributes to the preservation of historical structures but also, through revitalization and revival of these areas, can enhance the quality of life for citizens and attract tourists. this research investigates the importance of urban conservation as a strategy for preserving cultural identity in historical urban areas, exploring the solutions, challenges, and positive effects of these initiatives. in essence, this study examines the origins and evolution of perspectives in the field of conservation and protection in contemporary times and is closely related to urban conservation strategies. the research methodology is a combination of literature review (quantitative) to understand theoretical foundations and qualitative methods to identify the values of cultural identity studies. using quantitative indicators, the performance of urban conservation strategies is evaluated. the results indicate that a comprehensive exploration of the thematic dimensions and theoretical principles can effectively elucidate the consolidation of urban conservation strategies for the preservation of cultural identity in historical urban areas. therefore, this effort aims to establish a clear structure and correlation between theoretical concepts and urban conservation strategies, highlighting their distinct roles in preserving and enhancing the cultural identity of historical urban areas.
