سنجش آگاهی و نگرش دانشجویان غیرپزشکی در مورد اصول بهداشت، ایمنی و محیط‌زیست (hse) در منازل مسکونی

ارزیابی فرهنگ سلامت، ایمنی و محیط زیست روشی قابل قبول برای دستیابی به اهداف توسعه پایدار و حفاظت از محیط‌زیست است. با توجه به دانش نگارنده، تا به امروز، هیچ مطالعه سیستماتیکی برای بررسی میزان دانش و نگرش دانشجویان غیرپزشکی برای استفاده از اصول بهداشت، ایمنی و محیط‌زیست در منازل مسکونی انجام نشده است. بنابراین، برای کاهش و پیشگیری از حوادث خانگی و همچنین حفاظت از محیط‌زیست، مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین سطح دانش و نگرش دانشجویان غیرپزشکی در مورد اصول بهداشت، ایمنی و محیط‌زیست در منازل مسکونی انجام شد. مطالعه حاضر، مطالعه‌ای مقطعی از نوع توصیفی تحلیلی است. نمونه‌ها شامل تعداد 250 نفر از دانشجویان غیرپزشکی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی استان فارس بودند که به‌صورت نمونه‌گیری به روش در دسترس انتخاب شدند. از دانشجویان خواسته شد تا پرسشنامه‌ها را که شامل سوالاتی در زمینه مشخصات جمعیت‌شناسی، آگاهی و دانش عمومی در مورد بهداشت، ایمنی و محیط‌زیست در منازل مسکونی بود تکمیل کنند. اعتبار پرسشنامه (0.78) قبل از انجام مطالعه تعیین شد. با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss نسخه 21 و با بهره‌گیری از آمار توصیفی و آزمون‌های کای دو (x2)، من-ویتنی و کروسکال والیس تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها انجام پذیرفت. یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان داد که 86.8 درصد از افراد، از میزان آگاهی ضعیفی در مورد شناخت مسائل و رعایت اصول بهداشت، ایمنی و محیط‌زیست در خانه برخوردار بودند و 79.2 درصد تمایلی برای رعایت اصول بهداشت، ایمنی و محیط‌زیست در منازل مسکونی ندارند. همچنین نتایج نشان داد، بین جنسیت و آگاهی، تحصیلات و آگاهی و همچنین گروه سنی و آگاهی، ارتباط معنی‌داری از نظر آماری وجود دارد (p< 0.05). یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که دانشجویان از سطوح تقریباً پایینی از دانش و آگاهی در رابطه با اصول و مسائل بهداشت، ایمنی و محیط‌زیست در منازل مسکونی برخوردار می‌باشند و نیازمند برنامه‌های آموزشی منظم ، گسترده و سیستماتیک در زمینه افزایش فرهنگ بهداشت، ایمنی و محیط‌زیست هستند.

evaluation of knowledge and attitude of non-medical students about health, safety and environment (hse) principles in residential home

the health, safety and environment (hse) culture assessment are an acceptable method for achieving sustainable development and environmental protection goals. to the author's knowledge, to date, no systematic study has been carried out to investigate to determine the level of knowledge and attitudes of non-medical students for the use of health, safety and environment (hse) principles in residential homes. to reduce and prevent home accidents as well as protection of environment the current study was, therefore, undertaken to determine the level of knowledge and attitudes of non0medical students on health, safety and environment (hse) principles in residential homes.this study was a descriptive analytical study and samples include 250 non-medical students from islamic azad universities in fars province who were selected by convenient sampling method. the self-administrated questionnaire included a demographic questionnaire and as well as their knowledge on health, safety and environment (hse) and practice regarding willinless to conservation of environment was completed for all the study population through interviews. subsequently, descriptive statistics, x2, and mann-whitney test and kruscal-wallis test were employed for analysis using spss software (version 21).results and discussion: the findings of this study showed that, 86.8 percent of the people had poor awareness about health, safety and environment (hse) principles in residential home and 79.2% of people were not interested in using of health, safety and environment (hse) principles in residential home. on the other hand, there was a significant correlation between knowledge and sex, awareness and levels of education and knowledge and age (p< 0.05).the findings of the study indicate that students had almost low knowledge and attitudes on health, safety and environment (hse) principles, and this level of knowledge is not enough, and students need developed educational programs to increase health, safety and environment (hse) culture.
