بررسی تاثیر فناوری اطلاعات بر ارتقاء فرهنگ کیفیت مدارس

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر فناوری اطلاعات بر ارتقای فرهنگ کیفیت مدارس از دیدگاه مدیران مدارس متوسطه‌ی دوم شهر تهران انجام شده است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر شیوه‌ی اجرا، توصیفی-پیمایشی است. جامعه‌ی آماری شامل کلیه‌ی مدیران و معاونان مدارس متوسطه‌ی دوم شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 1404-1403 می‌باشد. حجم نمونه، بر اساس جدول مورگان، 160 نفر تعیین شد و نمونه‌گیری به روش تصادفی ساده انجام گرفت. داده‌ها به دو روش کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی جمع‌آوری شدند. برای سنجش میزان استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات، از پرسشنامه‌ی محقق‌ساخته‌ی 21 سوالی و برای ارزیابی فرهنگ کیفیت از پرسشنامه‌ی ملکی و صادقی (1393) استفاده شد. پایایی ابزارها با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای متغیرهای فناوری اطلاعات و ارتقای فرهنگ کیفیت به ترتیب 0.933 و 0.917 به دست آمد. همچنین، روایی محتوای پرسشنامه‌ها توسط اساتید متخصص تایید شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل عاملی و نرم‌افزار spss نسخه‌ی 19 انجام شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که فناوری اطلاعات تاثیر معناداری بر فرهنگ کیفیت در مدارس شهر تهران دارد. علاوه بر این، فناوری اطلاعات بر ارزش‌های مشترک، تعهد افراد، محیط، عملکرد، منابع، توانمندسازی و آموزش تاثیر معناداری دارد. مهارت‌های فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات، هسته‌ی مرکزی بسیاری از نظام‌های آموزش و پرورش در جهان را تشکیل داده است. آموزش مجازی یا الکترونیکی، پارادایم جدیدی را در حوزه‌ی آموزش و یادگیری ایجاد کرده است. در این شیوه، بهره‌گیری از ابزارهای فناوری مانند اینترنت، انواع نرم‌افزارهای آموزشی و امکانات کمک‌آموزشی دیداری و شنیداری پیشرفته، امکان یادگیری را در هر زمان و مکان فراهم کرده و موجب صرفه‌جویی در هزینه و زمان شده است. بنابراین، آموزش‌های الکترونیکی و مجازی، به دلیل مزایای بی‌شمار خود، مانند دسترسی به یادگیری در هر زمان و مکان و کاهش هزینه‌ها، جایگزین روش‌های سنتی آموزش شده‌اند.

examining the impact of information technology on enhancing the quality culture in schools

this study aims to examine the impact of information technology on enhancing the quality culture in schools from the perspective of secondary school principals in tehran. this research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of implementation method. the statistical population includes all principals and vice principals of secondary schools in tehran during the 2024-2025 academic year. the sample size, determined using morgan's table, consists of 160 individuals selected through simple random sampling. data were collected through both library and field research methods. to assess information technology usage, a researcher-made 21-item questionnaire was employed, while the quality culture was measured using the questionnaire developed by maleki and sadeghi (2014). the reliability of the variables was assessed using cronbach's alpha, yielding values of 0.933 for information technology and 0.917 for quality culture enhancement. the content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by subject matter experts. statistical analysis was conducted using factor analysis with spss version 19. the results indicate that information technology has a significant impact on the quality culture in tehran's schools. furthermore, information technology significantly affects shared values, individual commitment, environment, performance, resources, empowerment, and training. information and communication technology skills form the core of many educational systems worldwide. virtual or electronic learning has introduced a new paradigm in the education and learning domain. by utilizing technological tools such as the internet, various educational software, and advanced audiovisual aids, e-learning enables individuals to learn in any field at any time and place, while also reducing costs and saving time. therefore, electronic and virtual education, with its numerous advantages—such as accessibility anytime and anywhere, along with cost and time efficiency—has replaced traditional education methods.
