مدلی برای توضیح ماهیت دولت پهلوی دوم با مروری بر نظریه های دولت

این مقاله باهدف شناخت ماهیت و ساختار دولت پهلوی دوم به نگارش در آمده است؛ لذا درصدد پاسخ‌گویی به این سوال اصلی است که ماهیت دولت پهلوی دوم چه بوده است؟ برای پاسخ به این سوال، از روش تحلیل اسنادی که از انواع روش‌های کیفی است استفاده شده است. با این روش، اسناد و مدارک موجود شامل کتب، مقالات و پایان‌نامه‌ها بررسی شده است. به همین منظور ابتدا دولت پهلوی دوم در قالب نظریه‌های مختلف در باب دولت مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت و سرانجام با بررسی‌های انجام پذیرفته مدلی ترکیبی برای تبیین ماهیت دولت پهلوی دوم به دست داده شد. در این مدل ضمن مشخص کردن روابط همبستگی میان ویژگی‌های دولت پهلوی که ترکیبی از ویژگی‌های دولت‌های سلطانی، مطلقه، رانتی، اقتدارگرا و وابسته است، آسیب‌پذیری‌های این دولت نیز نشان داده شده است.

this article was written with the aim of understanding the nature and structure of pahlavi ii government. therefore, it seeks to answer the main question, what was the nature of the second pahlavi government? to answer this question, the document analysis method, which is one of the qualitative methods, has been used. with this method, the available documents including books, articles and theses have been reviewed. for this purpose, the second pahlavi government was evaluated in the form of different theories about the government, and finally, with the conducted investigations, a composite model was obtained to explain the nature of the second pahlavi government. in this model, while defining the correlation between the characteristics of the pahlavi government, which is an amalgamation of the characteristics of sultanate, absolutist, rentier, authoritarian and dependent governments, the vulnerabilities of this government are also shown. the hybridity of the second pahlavi government model increased its vulnerability and caused its downfall.
