ایده ولایت فقیه امام خمینی به منزله کوچ از فقه اصولی به عرفان فقیهانه

در این مقاله سعی شده است نسبت میان عرفان و سیاست در اندیشه امام و کموکیف نقش‌آفرینی عقاید عارفانه، در نظرگاه سیاسی او مطالعه شود. با جستوجوی منابع فکری امام و چهره‌هایی که بر او اثرگذار بوده‌اند- به ویژه آیتالله شاه‌آبادی- نشان داده‌ایم که صورت ایدۀ ولایت فقیه بیش و پیش از فقه، وام‌دار اندیشه‌های عرفانی است. همچنین مواجهۀ امام با امور تازه پیدا یا مستحدثات را در ساحت سیاست، تصویر کرده‌ایم. چنین تصویری گواه شیوه‌ای جدید از عرفانی‌ کردن سیاست است که در گذشتگان مشاهده نمی‌کنیم. روشن کرده‌ایم که امام تحت مفاهیم کهنی چون انسان کامل و سیاست مدن، طرحی تازه را برای ساختن جامعه درانداخته است که تفاوتی عمیق با معارف قدمایی دارد. در این طرح جزئیاتی تازه از منظومه‌های فکری قدما اخذ شده است که به این معارف و اندیشه ها امکان حضور در جهان جدید و همراهی با تحولات را می‌بخشد. و این مقاله در بخش عمده‌ای به این جزئیات می‌پردازد.

this article attempts to study the relationship between mysticism and politics in the imam's thought and the role played by mystical ideas in his political perspective. by searching for the imam's intellectual sources and the figures who influenced him - especially ayatollah shahabadi - we have shown that the form of the idea of ​​the velayat-e faghih is more indebted to mystical ideas than to jurisprudence. we have also depicted the imam's encounter with newly discovered or innovative matters in the field of politics. such an image is evidence of a new way of mysticizing politics that we do not see in the past. we have made it clear that the imam, under old concepts such as the perfect human being and civilized politics, has introduced a new plan for building society that is profoundly different from the ancient teachings. in this plan, new details have been taken from the ancient intellectual systems that allow these teachings and ideas to be present in the new world and to keep up with developments. and this article mainly deals with these details.
