ابعاد مثبت و منفی فرهنگ سیاسی نخبگان درجمهوری اسلامی ایران

رهبران و نخبگان سیاسی در هر جامعه و نظام سیاسی نقش کلیدی در مدیریت کشور و تصمیم‌گیری‌های مهم و راهبردی ایفا می‌نمایند؛ تا جایی که توسعه ملی و یا عدم توسعه کشورها به رهبران و نخبگان سیاسی نسبت داده می‌شود. فرهنگ سیاسی نخبگان که مبنای رفتارهای سیاسی آنها در عرصه‌های مختلف است از اهمیت بسزایی برخوردار است. تحقیق حاضر پویشی علمی به منظور بررسی ابعاد مثبت و منفی فرهنگ سیاسی نخبگان در جمهوری اسلامی ایران است. تحقیق حاضر از نوع تحقیقات کیفی است که با استفاده از روش تحلیل اسنادی انجام می‌گیرد. ابزارهای تحقیق عبارت‌اند از کتابها و مقاله‌ها واسناد موجود پیرامون فرهنگ سیاسی نخبگان. مهم‌ترین مولفه‌های فرهنگ سیاسی نخبگان سیاسی در ایران در دو بعد مثبت و منفی عبارت‌اند از مولفه‌های مثبت: معنویت و اخلاق، اخلاص، ساده‌زیستی، مردمی بودن، عقلانیت و علم‌گرایی، عزت و نفوذناپذیری، تواضع، شجاعت و ایثار، جهانی‌نگری. ابعاد منفی نیز شامل خودبزرگ‌بینی ، اغراق، قانون‌گریزی، انتقادناپذیری، دوگانگی شخصیت، بدبینی و سوءظن و روحیه قوم گرایی است.

objective: political leaders and elites in every society and political system play a key role in managing the country and making important and strategic decisions to the extent that the national development or non-development of countries is attributed to political leaders and elites. this research investigates the positive and negative aspects of the political culture of elites in the islamic republic of iran. methodology: the current research applies qualitative research، using the document analysis method to study books، articles، and existing documents related to the political culture of the elites. findings: the most important components of the political culture of political elites in iran in both positive and negative dimensions are: spirituality and morality، sincerity، simplicity of life، being a people، rationality and scientific orientation، honor and invulnerability، humility، courage and selflessness، worldview. negative dimensions: self-conceit، exaggeration، law-abiding and relationship-oriented، uncriticism، duality of personality، pessimism and suspicion، ethnocentrism.
