زمینه‌ها و ساختار شکل‌گیری دیپلماسی عمومی شیعی جمهوری اسلامی ایران

دیپلماسی عمومی شیعی جمهوری اسلامی به عنوان بخشی مهم از دیپلماسی عمومی و سیاست خارجی جمهوری اسلامی ایران دارای زمینه‌هایی است که بر اساس این زمینه‌ها، ظرفیت‌ها و محدودیت‌های میدان عملیاتی دیپلماسی عمومی شیعی جمهوری اسلامی ایران پدید آمده است. این امر، زمینه‌های فرهنگی و ایدئولوژیک قدرتمندی را در جهت تقویت گروه‌های متشکل در سایر کشورها فراهم کرده و یک موقعیت خاص استراتژیک را برای ایران پدید آورده است که به عنوان شمشیری دو لبه در ساختار سیاست خارجی جمهوری اسلامی عمل می‌کند که ظرفیت‌ها و در عین حال هزینه‌هایی را برای سیاست خارجی جمهوری اسلامی پدید آورده است. 3 عامل قدرت نرم جمهوری اسلامی ایران، موقعیت استراتژیک ایران و فرآیندهای تصمیم سازی در دیپلماسی عمومی جمهوری اسلامی، زمینه‌هایی هستند که بر اساس آنها دیپلماسی عمومی شیعی جمهوری اسلامی ایران شکل گرفته است. این زمینه‌ها با امتیازات و چالش‌هایی که پدید آورده‌اند کم و کیف عملیاتی کردن ابعاد مختلف دیپلماسی عمومی شیعی جمهوری اسلامی را تعیین کرده و قوت و ضعف هر یک از این ابعاد را تعیین می‌کنند. شناخت و بررسی این زمینه‌ها عاملی کلیدی در درک چیستی و چگونگی دیپلماسی عمومی شیعی جمهوری اسلامی ایران به شمار می‌رود که در این مقاله به شناخت و بررسی ابعاد مختلف آن پرداخته‌ایم.
