برنامه درسی مذاکره ای، الزامات، فرصت ها وچالش ها

در فلسفه تعلیم و تربیت هیچ نقطه نظری مهم تر از تاکید آن بر مشارکت یادگیرنده در شکل گیری اهداف آموزشی نیست. برنامه ‌های درسی نقش موثری در کسب موفقیت یا شکست در دستیابی به اهداف مورد نظر نظام‌ های آموزشی، دارند. این مقاله با هدف تبیین برنامه درسی مذاکره‌ای تنظیم شده و ضمن بیان اصول و مبانی برنامه درسی مذاکره‌ای، به بررسی فرصت‌ ها و چالش‌ های ناشی از طراحی و اجرای این نوع برنامه درسی می‌ پردازد. ماهیت این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی است. داده‌ ها بر اساس یک طرح پژوهش کیفی از نوع سنتز‌ پژوهی جمع ‌آوری شده‌اند. فرآیند پژوهش در طی 6 گام متوالی صورت گرفته است. بر حسب نتایج مطالعه، اجرای برنامه درسی مذاکره‌ای جهت پاسخ گویی به نیاز های جدید جوامع ضرورت دارد. مذاکره در مورد برنامه‌ی درسی می‌ تواند تعامل را بهبود بخشیده و باعث تحقق بخشی از اهداف مهم عاطفی گردد.

in the philosophy of education, there is no more important perspective than its emphasis on the learner's participation in the formation of educational goals. curricula play an important role in the success or failure of achieving to these goals of educational systems. this article has been prepared with the aim of explaining the negotiation curriculum and while stating the principles and foundations of the negotiation curriculum, examines the opportunities and challenges arising from the design and implementation of this type of curriculum. the nature of this research is practical in terms of purpose. the data were collected based on a qualitative research project of synthesis type. the research process has been done in 6 consecutive steps. according to the gained results of the study, the implementation of a negotiation curriculum is necessary to meet the new needs of communities. curriculum negotiation can improve interaction and achieve some important emotional goals.
