an approach to the application of theological beliefs in understanding hadith from a pathological perspective

Understanding the intent of the speaker in any text, including hadith, involves navigating through underlying assumptions and culminates in grasping the serious intent of the speaker. theological beliefs are one of the most significant underlying assumptions that have a decisive impact on understanding the main intent of the hadith speaker. on the other hand, among the various branches of hadith studies, the field of fiqh al-hadith holds substantial importance. theological beliefs have been a point of interest for researchers in the realm of fiqh al-hadith since ancient times. the present study aims to conceptualize the nature of this clue and the conditions under which it can be utilized in understanding hadith. it is noteworthy that the use of theological beliefs in interpreting hadith carries certain risks; if these risks are neglected, a methodical understanding of hadith will not be achieved. therefore, after examining the conditions for applying this clue in understanding hadith, the associated drawbacks will also be addressed. the results indicated that by five specific conditions, theological beliefs can be cited as a connected non-verbal clue for understanding hadith. six significant drawbacks related to this sign have been identified and examined in this paper.

رهیافتی بر کاربست باورهای کلامی در فهم حدیث؛با رویکرد آسیب شناسی

فهم حدیث همواره در میان عالمان و پژوهشگران مسلمان جایگاه رفیعی داشته است. در فرآیند فهم حدیث، تنها ابزار فهم مقصود اصلی گوینده حدیث، قرائن است. قرائن گستره وسیعی دارد. بنابراین قابل احصاء و شمارش نیست. از سوی دیگر قرائن، گونه‌های مختلفی از قبیل شخصیت پرسشگر، شخصیت گوینده، شخصیت مخاطب، سیاق و جغرافیای سخن نیز دارد. در این میان یکی از مهم ترین قرینه‌ها که در حدیث گذاری، نقل حدیث، ارزیابی و نقد حدیث و فهم حدیث، تاثیر گذار است، قرینه باورهای کلامی است. این قرینه از قرائنی است که همواره فقیهان و محدثان از آن در فهم حدیث بهره برده اند؛ ولی هیچ یک در آثار ارزشمند خویش به مفهوم شناسی و آسیب های استفاده از این قرینه، اقدامی نکرده اند. این نوشتار در صدد مفهوم شناسی ماهیت این قرینه و شرایط استفاده از آن در فهم حدیث است.از سوی دیگر استفاده از این قرینه در فهم حدیث، همراه با آسیب‌هایی رو به رو است که در صورت بی‌توجهی به آن، سبب فهم غیر روشمند حدیث می شود. بر این پایه پس از بررسی شرایط کاربرد این قرینه در فهم حدیث به آسیب‌های آن نیز توجه شده است. با بررسی انجام‌شده روشن شد که در صورت داشتنِ شرایط پنج گانه، می‌توان به باورهای کلامی به‌عنوان قرینۀ متصل لبّی برای فهم حدیث استناد کرد. شش آسیب جدی را نیز شناسایی و بررسی کرده‌ایم که متوجه این قرینه‌اند.
