The article presents the author’s methodology – the «keyword» methodology, with which hr specialists can assess the development potential of an employee of an organization. the essence and algorithm of the methodology implementation are characterized, and a variant of its application in the individual form of personnel assessment is presented. as an example, the article describes in detail a fragment of a dialogue implemented using the «keyword» technique. based on the study of the experience of implementing the developed methodology, possible prospects for applying its results in assessing the potential of employees are considered. the «keyword» methodology can be effectively applied in the ongoing personnel assessment procedure, at the stages of personnel selection and selection, as well as when building an individual professional route for an employee.
