چکیده
|
The article presents the results of an analysis of existing methods for diagnosing work motivation in terms of their advantages, limitations and possibilities of application in public service. the analysis showed that all the diagnostic techniques included in the review, for all their advantages, to one degree or another do not meet the general and special quality criteria of diagnostic tools and cannot be used in the assessment of labor motivation of candidates for vacant positions in public administration and current civil servants.
