چکیده
|
ﺳﺎﺑﻘﻪ و ﻫﺪف: ﺻﻨﺎﯾﻊ ﮐﺸﺘﯿﺮاﻧﯽ در ﺑﻨﺎدر ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﯾﮑﯽ از ﺻﻨﺎﯾﻊ زﯾﺮ ﺑﻨﺎﯾﯽ و اﺻﻠﯽ و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ راﻫﺒﺮدی ﻫﻤﻮاره ﻧﻗﺶ ﺑﺴﺰاﯾﯽ را در ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﺣﻤﻞ و ﻧﻘﻞ ﮐﺸﻮر دارا و ﺑﺮاﻗﺘﺼﺎد ﮐﺸﻮر ﻧﯿﺰ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮﮔﺬار ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﮐﻠﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ارﺗﻘﺎ زﻧﺠﯿﺮه ارزش در ﺑﻨﺎدر ﻋﻤﻮﻣﺎ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﯾﺴﺖ ﺗﺨﺼﺺﮔﺮاﯾﯽ، ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪرﯾﺰی ﭘﯿﺶﺑﯿﻨﯽ ﺷﺪه، دﺳﺘﺮﺳﯽ ﺗﮑﻨﻮﻟﻮژی ﻫﺎی روز ﺑﺮای ﻫﻮﺷﻤﻨﺪ ﺳﺎزی، دﺳﺘﺮﺳﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻟﺠﺴﺘﯿﮏ ﻫﻮﺷﻤﻨﺪ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻧﯿﺮوی اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﺘﺨﺼﺺ، ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺖ ﮐﺎﻣﻞ از ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ زﯾﺴﺖ ﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ ﺑﺮ روی ﺑﻨﺎدر و ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮﻫﺎی ﻓﻨﺎوری را ﻟﺤﺎظ ﻧﻤﻮد. ارﺗﻘﺎء زﻧﺠﯿﺰه ارزش ﺑﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ ﻧﻮ آوری واﺣﺪﻫﺎی و ﯾﺎ ﺣﻠﻘﻪ ﻫﺎی ﻋﻀﻮ اﯾﻦ زﻧﺠﯿﺮه اﺳﺖ و ﺑﻪ ﻣﻮﺟﺐ آن زﻣﺎﻧﯽ اﯾﻦ ﻧﻮ آوری ﻣﺤﻘﻖ ﻣﯽ ﮔﺮدد ﮐﻪ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎی ﻫﻮﺷﻤﻨﺪی و زﯾﺴﺖ ﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ در اﯾﻦ ﺻﻨﻌﺖ ﮐﺸﻒ و در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﯾﮏ اﻟﮕﻮ در ﺑﻨﺎدر ﮐﺸﻮر ﭘﯿﺎده ﺳﺎزی ﮔﺮدد. روش: در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ اﺑﺘﺪا ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎی اﺻﻠﯽ ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﺑﻨﺎدر ﮐﺸﺘﯿﺮاﻧﯽ ﺳﺒﺰ و ﻫﻮﺷﻤﻨﺪ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﮐﺘﺎﺑﺨﺎﻧﻪای ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ و ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﭘﺮﺗﮑﻞ ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ و ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺧﺒﺮﮔﺎن و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روﯾﮑﺮد ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺗﻤﺎﺗﯿﮏ ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎ ﺑﺮای ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﺑﻨﺎدر ﻧﻬﺎﯾﯽ و ﺑﻌﺪ از آن اﻟﮕﻮی ﻣﻔﻬﻮﻣﯽ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺗﺮﺳﯿﻢ ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد. ﺑﺎ ﻋﻨﺎﯾﺖ ﺑﻪ اﻟﮕﻮی ﻣﻔﻬﻮﻣﯽ ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ و ﺗﺮﺳﯿﻢ ﺷﺪه در ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر ﺗﻔﺴﯿﺮی )ism( ﺳﻄﺢ ﺑﻨﺪی ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﮔﺬاری ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎ ﺗﺮﺳﯿﻢ ﻣﯽ ﮔﺮدد ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ: ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎی اﺻﻠﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ و ارﺗﻘﺎء ﺻﻨﻌﺖ ﺑﻨﺎدر و ﮐﺸﺘﯿﺮاﻧﯽ ﮐﺸﻮر ﭘﺲ از ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺧﺒﺮﮔﺎن ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺎ روﯾﮑﺮد ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺗﻤﺎﺗﯿﮏ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ و در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﯾﮏ اﻟﮕﻮی ﻣﻔﻬﻮﻣﯽ ﺗﺮﺳﯿﻢ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ و ﺑﺎ ﻋﻨﺎﯾﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر ﺗﻔﺴﯿﺮی ism)( ﺑﺮ روی ده ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﺷﺪه ﺑﺮای ارﺗﻘﺎ زﻧﺠﯿﺮه ارزش در ﺻﻨﻌﺖ ﺑﻨﺎدر و ﮐﺸﺘﯿﺮاﻧﯽ ﮐﺸﻮر ﮐﻪ اﯾﻦ را ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ، ﺑﮑﺎرﮔﯿﺮی ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ ﺗﺠﺪﯾﺪﭘﺬﯾﺮ و ﺳﺮﺳﺒﺰی ﺣﺎﺷﯿﻪ ﺑﻨﺪر در ﺳﻄﺢ اول ﻧﮕﺮش ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﺑﻨﺎدرﮐﺸﺘﯿﺮاﻧﯽ ﻗﺮار دارد و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻣﯿﺰان ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ ﮔﺎز ﮔﻠﺨﺎﻧﻪای و ﻓﻨﺎوریﻫﺎی ﻫﻮﺷﻤﻨﺪ در ﺳﻄﺢ دوم ﺟﺎی ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ و ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ آب و ﭘﺴﻤﺎﻧﺪ و زﯾﺮﺳﺎﺧﺖ ﻫﺎی ﻫﻮﺷﻤﻨﺪ در ﺳﻄﺢ ﺳﻮم اﻟﮕﻮ اراﺋﻪ ﺷﺪه ﻗﺮار داﺷﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ

Abstract
|
background and objectives: infrastructure industries in ports, as one of the infrastructure and main industries, as well as strategic ones, always play a significant role in the management of the country's economy and the role of shipping. in general, the promotion of value in ports is generally in these vehicles, in general, in general, in general, in general, in general. a complete set of environmental factors is used in ports and a certain amount of environmental factors are used. smart and environmental features in this industry have been discovered and identified in the form of a smart model in this industry and identified in the form of a smart model in the country. and the interview protocol program and interviews with experts as well as the use of the thematic analysis system of indicators for the evaluation of the final ports and after that a conceptual research model is drawn. materials and methods: in this research, first, the main indicators for evaluating green and smart shipping ports are identified through a library study and based on an interview protocol and interviews with experts, as well as using the thematic analysis system approach of indicators to evaluate the final ports, and then a conceptual model of the research is drawn. taking into account the conceptual model designed and drawn in the research, the leveling of the impact of the indicators is drawn based on the analysis of interpretive structural equations (ism). results: the main indicators for evaluating and promoting the country's ports and shipping industry were identified after interviews with research experts and also with a thematic analysis approach and drawn in the form of a conceptual model. according to the structural analysis conducted among the 10 key components identified in the ports issue, in order to promote the value chain in the country's ports and shipping industry, the use of renewable resources and greenery on the port outskirts should be at the first level of the shipping port development approach, and the amount of greenhouse gas production and smart technologies were at the second level, and water and waste management and smart infrastructure were at the third level of the presented model. conclusion: according to the results of the research findings, a major part of the exploratory indicators in the book reading and field study, as well as the interview process, are related to the environmental component, and also in the ism, the level of impact of the environmental indicators of renewable resources, greenery of the port margins, and prevention of greenhouse gases are at a higher level of impact in the country's ports. the results of the research findings at the international level are very close in the form of comparison.
