مطالعه زنجیره ارزش واحدهای تحقیق و توسعه مبتنی بر رویکرد نوآوری باز با هدف بهینه‌سازی سبد پروژه‌های تحقیقاتی

سابقه و هدف:با افزایش سرعت تغییرات فناوری، سازمان ها به دنبال راه حلی برای پاسخگویی به این تغییرات میباشند. واحدهای تحقیق و توسعه در این راستا ایفا می نمایند. این مطالعه با هدف مطالعه راهبرد بهینه سازی سبد پروژه های تحقیقاتی مبتنی بر زنجیره اقدامات لازم برای رسیدن به تحقیق و توسعه باز در شرکت های کوچک و متوسط انجام شده است.روش: برای مطالعه زنجیره مهمترین اقدامات لازم از تکنیک سودا استفاده شده است. پس از محاسبه وزن اقدامات با استفاده از تحلیل سلسله مراتبی فازی و وزن پروژه ها با استفاده از روش saw، مدل ریاضی ارائه شده با هدف بهینه سازی سبد پروژ های تحقیقاتی بر مبنای برنامه ریزی آرمانی صفر و یک در شرکت شکلات سازی ساوه مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. حجم نمونه آماری 15 نفر بوده که به صورت قضاوتی و گلوله برفی انتخاب شده اند.یافته ها: در مرحله اول مهمترین اقدامات لازم مشخص گردید که مهمترین آن ها عبارتند از: ایجاد سیستم های اطلاعاتی، در دسترس بودن تامین کنندگان، برآورده سازی نیاز مشتریان و آلودگی زیست محیطی. در مرحله دوم سبد پروه های تحقیقاتی شامل 5 پروژه مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است و مطابق با نظر خبرگان مدل ریاضی ارائه شده و بهینه ساز ی سبد پروژه ها بر مبنای اقدامات لازم برا ی دستیابی به تحقیق و توسعه باز مورد تایید قرار گرفت .نتیجه گیری: بر اساس نتایج، مهمترین اقدام در راستای تحقیق و توسعه باز پایدار ایجاد سیستم های اطلاعاتی می باشد. این سیستم ها دسترسی به مشتریان و تامین کنندگان را تسریع می بخشد.بعلاوه، استفاده از مواد اولیه تجدیدپذیر، شرکت در برنامه های تولید متناسب با محیط زیست از طریق مشارکت با دانشگاه ها و موسسات تحقیقاتی می تواند اثرات مخرب زیست محیطی را کاهش دهند .

the strategy of optimizing the portfolio of research projects based on the chain of actions necessary to achieve open r&d

background and objectives: with the increasing speed of technological changes, organizations are looking for a solution to respond to these changes. r&d, as the core of innovation, plays an important role in this regard. however, these units face many challenges, especially in smes. considering the two concepts of open r&d and portfolio management in r&d units, it was determined that few studies have focused on the chain of actions necessary to achieve open r&d. for this purpose, this study has been conducted to study the optimization strategy of research project portfolio based on the chain of actions necessary to achieve open r&d.materials and methods: strategic options development analysis (soda) technique has been used to study the chain of necessary actions, and the most important actions have been identified using central and domain analysis. after calculating the weight of actions using fuzzy ahp and the weight of projects based on the actions obtained using the saw method, the mathematical model presented to optimize the portfolio of research projects based on goal programming has been studied in saveh chocolate company (chocolate ma). the size of the statistical sample based on expert-oriented techniques was 15 people who were selected in a judgmental and purposeful way and snowball.results: after studying the chain of necessary measures, 17 solutions were identified as the most important necessary measures, the most important of which are creating information systems, availability of suppliers, meeting the needs of customers and environmental pollution. in the second stage, the optimization of the portfolio of research projects, including 5 projects, has been examined, and according to the opinion experts, the optimization of the portfolio has been approved based on the necessary measures to achieve open r&d.
