تبیین ابعاد عدالت اجتماعی در منظومه فکری حضرت آیت الله خامنه‌ای

عدالت اجتماعی یکی از دلالت‌های مفهوم عدالت است که منظور از آن تخصیص «منصفانه‌ی» منابع دریک جامعه است.به این معنا قانون باید به سطح قابل قبولی از عدالت واقعی و رسمی دست یابد و باید توزیع منصفانه منابع و برابر فرصت‌ها را تضمین کند،مبحث مقاله فرارو، تامل در باب ابعاد عدالت اجتماعی در منظومه فکری آیت الله خامنه‌ای است. در این راستا،پژوهش این پرسش را مطرح می‌کندکه عدالت اجتماعی دردیدگاه مقام معظم رهبری چگونه صورت‌بندی می‌شود و می توان الگویی برای آن ترسیم کرد؟ذیل این پرسش کلان،پرسش‌های جزئی‌تر هم مطرح می‌شود.مقاله با بهره گیری از روش و نظریه داده بنیاد انجام شده است و فرضیه اصلی مقاله این است که حضرت آیت الله خامنه ای، با رویکردی تلفیقی از جنبه های نظری و عملی، مفهومی از عدالت اجتماعی ارائه می دهد که مبتنی بر شرایط علی و در بستری از فرهنگ ایران-اسلامی و با توجه به ظرفیت های قانون اساسی طراحی و کاربردی می شود. یافته های پژوهش، نشان می دهد که عدالت اجتماعی در نظرگاه آیت الله خامنه ای، به معنای تقسیم صحیح فرصت ها، توزیع یکسان منابع و برابری افراد در مقابل قانون است و به دلیل این که موجب فقرزدایی، ایجاد رفاه عمومی، همبستگی اجتماعی و ترفیع جایگاه جمهوری اسلامی ایران در داخل و خارج از مرزهای حاکمیتی شود، شایسته است که متولیان سیاست گذاری از بیانات و رهنمودهای ایشان در باب موضوع عدالت اجتماعی بهره گیرند و این آموزه ها را کاربردی کنند.
