بسط نظریه بسیج سیاسی برای تحلیل فرآیند گذار به مردم

نظر به اینکه در جهان کنونی، مفهوم مردم سالاری از جذابیت جهانی برخوردار است؛ موضوع گذار به مردم سالاری در حال حاضر به یکی از مهم ترین مباحث در مطالعات سیاسی تبدیل شده است. نظریه های دموکراسی سازی یا گذار به مردم سالاری که از دهه 1950 شکل گرفتند، در یک تقسیم بندی سه نسل را پشت سر گذاشتند. بااین حال، تاکنون گرایش ادبیات گذار بیشترتاریخی و توصیفی بوده و در عمل با ایجاد تعداد زیادی متغیر و ترکیب های محتمل، رسیدن به درکی از پیش بینی پذیری یا سازگاری منطقی، یا معنایی از الگوی پویای عام را دشوار ساخته است. تحلیل پدیده های اجتماعی و سیاسی نیازمند تنظیم چهارچوب نظری مناسب بوده و انتخاب مناسب ترین تئوری از میان تئوری های موجود یا تئوری سازی یکی از مراحل مهم تحقیق علمی است. برای دستیابی به این منظور، مقاله حاضر تلاشی است برای بسط و ایجاد زمینۀ کاربست یکی از دستگاه های نظری بزرگ در مطالعات سیاسی انقلاب ها برای تحلیل فرایند گذار به مردم سالاری. مدعای پژوهش حاضر این است که ظرفیت های موجود در نظریۀ بسیج سیاسی که تا پیش از این، بیشتر در تحلیل فرایندهای نوعاً خشونت آمیز به کار می رفت این امکان را برای پژوهشگر فراهم می نماید تا کل فرایند گذار به مردم سالاری را از مرحلۀ شکست نظام اقتدارگرای پیشین تا استقرار و تثبیت مردم سالاری در یک مدل نظری منتظم به شیرازه درآورد.

expanding the theory of political mobilization to analyze the process of transition to democracy

the transition to democracy has now become one of the most important topics in political studies. transition literature has been more historical and descriptive, and by creating a large number of variables and possible combinations, it has made it difficult to reach an understanding of predictability or logical consistency, or the meaning of a general dynamic pattern. the analysis of social and political phenomena requires setting up a suitable theoretical framework, and choosing the most suitable theory among existing theories or theory construction is one of the important stages of scientific research. the present article is an attempt to expand and create the field of application of one of the great theoretical devices in the political studies of revolutions to analyze the process of transition to democracy. the claim of the current research is that the capacities available in the theory of political mobilization provide the possibility for the researcher to organize the entire process of transition to democracy from the failure of the previous authoritarian system to the establishment and stabilization of democracy in a systematic theoretical model.
