تبیین جایگاه مردم و عدالت اجتماعی در اندیشه‌های سیاسی شهیدثانی و امام خمینی (ره)

اندیشۀ سیاسی در اسلام و در نگاه فقیهان از جایگاه و اهمیت ویژه ای برخوردار بوده و دیدگاه های متفاوتی نیز در مورد آن وجود دارد. پژوهش حاضر به بررسی جایگاه مردم و عدالت اجتماعیی در اندیشه‌های سیاسی شهید ثانی و امام خمینی (ره) است. روش تحقیق در این مقاله، توصیفی-تحلیلی می‌باشد و درصدد پاسخ به این سوال است که اندیشه‌های سیاسی امام خمینی(ره) و شهیدثانی در خصوصی جایگاه مردم و عدالت اجتماعی برچه مبنایی استوار است؟ قرابت‌های زیادی میان اندیشه سیاسی امام خمینی (ره) و شهید ثانی و گاه تفاوت‌هایی نیز وجود دارد. یافته‌های تحقیق گویای آن است که دیدگاه‌های مشترک شهید ثانی و امام خمینی (ره) عمدتا ناظر بر تشکیل حکومت اسلامی و به تبع آن مردم سالاری دینی و مبتنی بر آموزه‌های اسلامی و نشات گرفته از سیره پیامبر اسلام و ائمه معصومین می‌باشد. سیاست در اندیشه امام خمینی(ره) بر آمده از آموزه‌های قرآنی، روایات و مبتنی بر مبانی فقهی و اصولی، فلسفی، کلامی، و عرفانی می‌باشد. از نگاه امام خمینی (ره) و شهید ثانی سیاست حقیقی؛ آن سیاستی است که مد نظر انبیاء وائمه معصومین (علیهم السلام) بوده است. فقه سیاسی بخشی از فقه است که عهده‏دار سیاست و تدبیر امور جامعه اسلامی است. از آن‏رو که نظرات و افکار سیاسی امام خمینی و شهیدثانی توسط خودشان مدوّن نشده استخراج و تبیین شالوده‏های فکری و مبانی نظری ایشان در عرصه سیاست، دشواری‌های خاص خود را دارد.
