چکیده
|
مسئلة حجاب در تاریخ جمهوری اسلامی ایران، سیر پرتلاطمی را متاثر از مسائل اجتماعی، فرهنگی و سیاسی مختلف از سر گذرانده و امروز به نقطه اوج بحرانی خود رسیده است. در این میان نقش عوامل داخلی و خارجی و البته سیاستگذاریهای کلان و اقدامات دولتها حائز اهمیت است. این پژوهش پس از بررسی ادواری این مسئله از مناظر مختلف در تاریخ 45 ساله جمهوری اسلامی با رویکردی کارکردی و در چهارچوب مدل تحلیلی سوات، همچنین بر اساس سیر تاریخی موضوع، نقاط قوت و ضعف و فرصتها و تهدیدهای مطرح در مورد این مسئله را مورد بررسی قرار داده است. با بررسی و تحلیل نتایج این تحقیق به نظر میرسد که بار نقاط ضعف و تهدیدها، سنگینی محسوسی نسبت به قوتها و فرصتها داشته؛ باوجوداین با نگاهی چندبعدی و با در نظر گرفتن همه عوامل چهارگانة فوق میتوان چشمانداز به نسبت جامعی در راستای فهم بهتر مسئله و اتخاذ راهبردهای مناسب در این زمینه فراهم نمود.

Abstract
|
the issue of hijab in the history of the islamic republic of iran has undergone a turbulent trajectory, influenced by various social, cultural, and political factors, and has now reached a peak crisis point. in this context, the role of both internal and external factors—as well as overarching policymaking and governmental actions—is significant. this study, after a period-based examination of the issue from different perspectives over the 45-year history of the islamic republic, employs a functional approach within the framework of the swot analytical model. based on the historical evolution of the topic, it analyzes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats associated with the hijab issue. findings suggest that the weight of weaknesses and threats significantly outweighs that of strengths and opportunities. nonetheless, by adopting a multidimensional perspective and taking into account all four elements of the swot model, a relatively comprehensive outlook can be formed to better understand the issue and formulate appropriate strategies in this regard.
