مروری بر مدل های ارزیابی عملکرد زنجیره تامین : مورد مطالعه زنجیره تامین قطعات خودرو ایران

در شرایط رقابتی کنونی عملکرد مناسب زنجیره تامین نقش کلیدی در موفقیت یک سازمان و دستیابی به اهداف و به ویژه سودآوری آن دارد بنابراین طی سالیان اخیر مدیریت و سنجش عملکرد زنجیره تامین توجه جمع کثیری از مدیران و محققین را به خود معطوف داشته است در این مطالعه در راستای ارزیابی عملکرد زنجیره تامین روش های مختلف ارزیابی عملکرد معرفی و ویژگی های معروف ترین روش ها و مطالعات انجام شده در این زمینه گردآوری شده است. در این مقاله یک چهارچوب برای انتخاب بهترین روش ارزیابی عملکرد زنجیره تامین بهبود و ارزیابی مستمره پیشنهاد شده است که می تواند و روند ارزیابی را به صورت هدفمند تسهیل نماید. پیشنهاد می‌گردد که در کارهای بعدی مطالعه مروری بر هر یک از روش های ارزیابی عملکرد زنجیره تامین مورد استفاده بودند به طور مجزا انجام شده و همچنین چهارچوب مفهومی از کاربرد این روش ها برای محیط های مختلف تهیه شود.

a review of supply chain performance evaluation models - case study: iranian auto parts supply chain

in the current competitive conditions, the proper performance of the supply chain plays a key role in the success of an organization and the achievement of its goals, especially its profitability, therefore, in recent years, the management and measurement of supply chain performance has attracted the attention of a large number of managers and researchers in this study. in line with supply chain performance evaluation, various performance evaluation methods have been introduced and the characteristics of the most famous methods and studies conducted in this field have been collected. in this article, a framework for choosing the best method of evaluation of supply chain performance, improvement and continuous evaluation is proposed, which can facilitate the evaluation process in a targeted manner. it is suggested that in the next works, a review study on each of the used supply chain performance evaluation methods is done separately and also a conceptual framework of the application of these methods for different environments is prepared.
