تحلیل حقوقی ماموریتهای جدید سازمان نظام پزشکی در عصر فناوریهای دیجیتال سلامت

زمینه و هدف: دنیای معاصر سلامت، شاهد تحولی شگرف و بی‌سابقه تحت تاثیر فناوری‌های دیجیتال است لذا هدف از این تحقیق تحلیل حقوقی ماموریتهای جدید سازمان نظام پزشکی در عصر فناوریهای دیجیتال سلامت (health tech) بود.روش کار: روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی-تحلیلی بوده و از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی محسوب می‌گردد. داده‌های مورد نیاز مطالعه‌ی کتابخانه‌ای و بررسی اسناد فراهم خواهد شد. جامعه‌ی آماری تحقیق شامل کلیه‌ی متون، اسناد و قوانین مرتبط با موضوع پژوهش می‌باشد.یافته ها: ایران از پتانسیل بالایی برای رشد در حوزه‌ی فناوری‌های سلامت برخوردار است. یک چارچوب نظارتی واضح، پیش‌بینی‌پذیر و منطبق با استانداردهای جهانی، نه تنها به عنوان یک عامل «حفاظتی»، بلکه به عنوان یک «تسهیل‌گر» و «اعتمادساز» برای سرمایه‌گذاری، نوآوری و توسعه‌ی کسب‌وکارهای ایرانی در این عرصه عمل خواهد کرد.نتیجه گیری: تحولات دیجیتال در حوزه سلامت، سازمان نظام پزشکی را با چالش‌ها و فرصت‌های بی‌سابقه‌ای مواجه ساخته است. گسترش فناوری‌هایی مانند پزشکی از راه دور، هوش مصنوعی و پلتفرم‌های سلامت دیجیتال، ضرورت بازتعریف ماموریت‌ها و سازوکارهای نظارتی این نهاد را آشکار کرده است.

background and aim: the contemporary health landscape is witnessing a profound and unprecedented transformation driven by digital technologies. therefore, this research aimed to conduct a legal analysis of the new missions of the medical council organization in the era of digital health technologies (health tech).methods: the present study employed a descriptive-analytical methodology and is considered applied research. required data were gathered through library research and document analysis. the statistical population of the study consisted of all texts, documents, and laws related to the research topic.findings: iran possesses significant potential for growth in the field of health technologies. a clear, predictable, and globally aligned regulatory framework will act not only as a protective factor but also as a facilitator and trust-builder for investment, innovation, and the development of iranian businesses in this arena.conclusion: digital transformations in the health sector have presented the medical council organization with unprecedented challenges and opportunities. the expansion of technologies such as telemedicine, artificial intelligence, and digital health platforms has highlighted the necessity of redefining the missions and regulatory mechanisms of this institution.
