بررسی رابطه بین خصوصی‌سازی مدارس با کیفیت تدریس معلمان و ارتقا مهارت‌های اجتماعی دانش‌آموزان پسر مقطع ابتدایی

زمینه و هدف: خصوصی‌سازی مدارس به‌عنوان یکی از رویکردهای نوین آموزشی، می‌تواند بر ابعاد مختلف عملکرد معلمان و رشد اجتماعی دانش‌آموزان تاثیرگذار باشد. بنابراین هدف از انجام این پژوهش تعیین رابطه بین خصوصی‌سازی مدارس با کیفیت تدریس معلمان و ارتقا مهارت‌های اجتماعی دانش‌آموزان پسر مقطع ابتدایی شهرستان بهشهر بود. روش کار: پژوهش حاضر از حیث هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بوده و جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل کلیه معلمان پایه چهارم، پنجم و ششم مقطع ابتدایی شهرستان بهشهر که تعداد آنها برابر 130 نفر استعلام گردبد. حجم نمونه طبق جدول کرجسی و مورگان 97 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار تحقیق شامل سه پرسشنامه سه پرسشنامه کیفیت تدریس کووشی (1382)، مهارت های اجتماعی ایندربیتزن و فوستر (1992) و پرسشنامه خصوصی سازی محقق ساخته بود. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد بین خصوصی‌سازی مدارس با کیفیت تدریس معلمان و نیز با ارتقای مهارت‌های اجتماعی دانش‌آموزان رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین مولفه‌های خصوصی‌سازی سهم متفاوتی در پیش‌بینی کیفیت تدریس و مهارت‌های اجتماعی ایفا می‌کنند.نتیجه‌گیری: مجموع، خصوصی‌سازی مدارس در صورتی که با نظارت موثر، برنامه‌ریزی دقیق و حمایت‌های لازم همراه باشد، می‌تواند بستری مناسب برای ارتقای کیفیت آموزشی و تحقق اهداف کلان نظام تعلیم و تربیت فراهم سازد. به همین دلیل، سیاست‌گذاران و مدیران آموزشی لازم است ضمن بهره‌گیری از ظرفیت‌های بخش خصوصی، به ابعاد اجتماعی، اخلاقی و کیفی آموزش توجه ویژه داشته باشند تا علاوه بر بهبود عملکرد آموزشی، زمینه‌ی رشد همه‌جانبه دانش‌آموزان نیز فراهم شود.

examining the relationship between school privatization, teaching quality of teachers, and the enhancement of social skills among male primary school students

background and aim: school privatization, as one of the modern educational approaches, can influence various aspects of teachers’ performance and students’ social development. therefore, the aim of this study was to determine the relationship between school privatization, teaching quality of teachers, and the enhancement of social skills among male primary school students in behshahr.methods: the present research was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of method. the statistical population included all fourth-, fifth-, and sixth-grade male primary school teachers in behshahr (n = 130). based on krejcie and morgan’s table, 97 teachers were selected through stratified random sampling. the research instruments included the teaching quality questionnaire by kavoushi (2003), the social skills questionnaire by inderbitzen and foster (1992), and a researcher-made privatization questionnaire. data were analyzed using pearson correlation and multiple regression tests.findings: the results indicated a significant relationship between school privatization and both teaching quality of teachers and the enhancement of students’ social skills. moreover, the components of privatization contributed differently to predicting teaching quality and social skills.conclusion: overall, if implemented with effective supervision, careful planning, and adequate support, school privatization can provide a suitable foundation for improving educational quality and achieving the broader goals of the education system. therefore, policymakers and educational managers should not only utilize the capacities of the private sector but also pay special attention to the social, ethical, and qualitative dimensions of education to enhance both teaching performance and students’ holistic development
