نقش قابلیت‌های مهارتی معلم بر خلاقیت و شایستگی ذهنی دانش آموزان مقطع متوسطه دوم

مقدمه و هدف: قابلیت‌های مهارتی معلم نقش مهمی در تقویت خلاقیت و شایستگی ذهنی دانش‌آموزان دارند و می‌توانند فرآیند یادگیری موثرتر و توانمندی‌های شناختی دانش‌آموزان را ارتقا دهند. بررسی این نقش به بهبود کیفیت آموزش در مقطع متوسطه دوم کمک می‌کند. لذا هدف این مطالعه نقش قابلیت‌های مهارتی معلم بر خلاقیت و شایستگی ذهنی دانش آموزان مقطع متوسطه دوم بود.روش کار: روش تحقیق این پژوهش کاربردی و از نوع ترکیبی با طرح اکتشافی آمیخته (کیفی–کمی) بود. جامعه آماری بخش کیفی شامل اساتید هیئت علمی، مدعو و مدیران گروه دانشگاه‌های استان کرمان بود که 20 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس و تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری مورد مصاحبه قرار گرفتند. در بخش کمی، جامعه آماری شامل دانش‌آموزان مقطع متوسطه دوم شهرستان زرند (1487 نفر) بود که 153 نفر با استفاده از فرمول کوکران و نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها در بخش کیفی از طریق مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته با تکنیک دلفی و در بخش کمی از طریق پرسشنامه‌ای شامل 68 گویه در ابعاد قابلیت‌های مهارتی معلم، خلاقیت و شایستگی ذهنی جمع‌آوری شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که قابلیت‌های مهارتی معلم بر خلاقیت و شایستگی ذهنی دانش آموزان مقطع متوسطه دوم تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. نتیجه‎‌گیری: به به طور کلی، می‌توان گفت معلم به‌عنوان عامل فعال در فرآیند یادگیری، نقش کلیدی در شکل‌دهی به خلاقیت و شایستگی ذهنی دانش‌آموزان دارد. هر چه قابلیت‌های مهارتی معلم بالاتر باشد، امکان ایجاد محیط آموزشی پویا و فرصت‌های یادگیری فعال برای دانش‌آموزان افزایش می‌یابد. این یافته‌ها تاکید می‌کند که توسعه مهارت‌های معلمان نه تنها به بهبود کیفیت آموزش کمک می‌کند، بلکه موجب ارتقای توانایی‌های شناختی و خلاقانه دانش‌آموزان نیز می‌شود و در نهایت به بهبود عملکرد تحصیلی و آماده‌سازی آن‌ها برای چالش‌های آینده اجتماعی و حرفه‌ای منجر می‌گردد.

the role of teacher’s skill competencies on creativity and cognitive competence of secondary school students

introduction and objective: teacher skill competencies play a crucial role in enhancing students’ creativity and cognitive competence, enabling a more effective learning process and the development of students’ cognitive abilities. examining this role can contribute to improving the quality of education at the secondary school level. therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate the role of teacher skill competencies on the creativity and cognitive competence of secondary school students.methodology: this applied research employed a mixed-method exploratory design (qualitative–quantitative). the qualitative phase involved 20 faculty members, guest lecturers, and department managers from universities in kerman province, who were selected through convenience sampling and interviewed until theoretical saturation was reached. in the quantitative phase, the study population included 1,487 secondary school students from zarand county, from which 153 students were selected using cochran’s formula and convenience sampling. data were collected in the qualitative phase through semi-structured interviews using the delphi technique, and in the quantitative phase through a 68-item questionnaire covering the dimensions of teacher skill competencies, creativity, and cognitive competence.findings: the results indicated that teacher skill competencies have a positive and significant effect on the creativity and cognitive competence of secondary school students.conclusion: overall, teachers, as active agents in the learning process, play a key role in shaping students’ creativity and cognitive competence. higher teacher skill competencies enhance the possibility of creating a dynamic learning environment and providing active learning opportunities for students. these findings emphasize that developing teachers’ skills not only improves the quality of education but also promotes students’ cognitive and creative abilities, ultimately enhancing academic performance and preparing them for future social and professional challenges.
