نقش میانجی انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی در رابطه ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و سبک‌های مقابله‌ای رانندگان پایانه‌های بین شهری تهران

هدف این پژوهش بررسی نقش میانجی انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی در رابطه ویژگی های شخصیتی و سبک های مقابله ای بود. این پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و جامعه آماری، کلیه رانندگان مرد اتوبوس های بین شهری پایانه های شهر تهران بود. از جامعه مورد نظر نمونه ای به حجم 210 نفر با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه ای چند مرحله ای انتخاب شدند و به سه پرسشنامه سبک های مقابله ای (اندلر و پارکر، 1990)، پرسشنامه ویژگی های شخصیتی نئو (کاستا و مک کری، 1992)، پرسشنامه انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی (دنیس و وندورال، 2010)پاسخ دادند. تحلیل داده ها و ارزیابی الگوی پیشنهادی با استفاده از الگویابی معادلات ساختاری (sem) بر اساس نرم افزار amos-21 و spss-19 انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد بین ویژگی شخصیتی روان رنجورخویی با سبک مقابله ای مساله مدار رابطه منفی و با سبک مقابله ای هیجان مدار و اجتنابی رابطه مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد(0/05>p). بین ویژگی های شخصیتی برونگرایی، سازگاری، وظیفه شناسی با سبک مقابله ای مساله مداررابطه مثبت و با سبک مقابله ای هیجان مدار و اجتنابی رابطه منفی و معنادار وجود دارد (0/05>p). اما بین ویژگی شخصیتی گشودگی در برابر تجربه با سبک های مقابله ای رابطه معناداری یافت نشد.همچنین، روان رنجورخویی، برون گرایی و وظیفه شناسی اثر غیرمستقیم بر سبک مقابله ای مساله مدار از طریق انعطاف پذیری شناختی دارند (0/05>p). ویژگی های شخصیتی روان رنجورخویی و وظیفه شناسی اثر غیرمستقیم بر سبک مقابه ای هیجان مدار از طریق انعطاف پذیری شناختی دارند (p<0/05).). اثرات غیر مستقیم ویژگی های شخصیتی بر سبک مقابله ای اجتنابی از طریق انعطاف پذیری شناختی رد شد (0/05

the mediating role of cognitive flexibility in the relationship between personality traits and coping styles of bus drivers of intercity terminals of tehran

the present study aimed to examine the mediating role of cognitive flexibility in the relationship between personality traits and coping styles. the research method was correlational. the research population consisted of all male drivers of bus terminals of tehran. two hundred ten males were selected by multistage random sampling. coping inventory for stressful situations (endler parker, 1990), neo personality inventory (costa mccrae, 1992), cognitive flexibility inventory (cfi) (dennis vanderwal, 2010) were used to collect data. data were analyzed by structural equation modeling (sem) using amos-21 and spss-19. the results showed a negative relationship between neuroticism and problem-focused coping style and a negative relationship between emotion orientation and avoidance and problem-focused coping style (p<0.05). there was a positive relationship between extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, and a problem-oriented coping style, and a negative relationship with emotion-oriented and avoidant coping styles (p<0.05). openness to experience was not related to coping styles significantly, but openness to experience had not a significant relationship with coping styles. neuroticism, extraversion, and conscientiousness indirectly affected problem-focused coping styles through cognitive flexibility (p<0.05). neuroticism and conscientiousness indirectly affected emotion-focused coping styles through cognitive flexibility (p<0.05). the indirect effects of personality traits on coping style avoidance by cognitive flexibility were discarded.
