تحلیل حکمت تشریع کفاره از منظر قرآن کریم

یکی از مهم‌ترین اهداف خلقت انسان، عبادت و عبودیت است و عبادت و بندگی خداوند جز از طریق عمل به احکام الهی امکان‌پذیر نیست. خداوند متعال برای جبران کردن مخالفت با این احکام، از روی لطف، جایگزین‌ها و جریمه‌هایی را قرار داده است تا محوکننده یا تخفیف‌دهنده اثر دنیوی و عقاب اخروی این مخالفت باشد. مهم‌ترین مصداق این جایگزین‌ها در احکام عبادی، «کفاره» است که فقهای اسلامی در ابواب گوناگون فقهی مانند حج و صوم و... درباره حدود و کیفیت و کمیت آن به‌تفصیل سخن گفته‌اند. با وجود این، درباره حکمت و فلسفه تشریع کفاره از منظر قرآن که هدف این پژوهش می‌باشد مطالعه نظام‌مندی صورت نپذیرفته است، بنابراین، پژوهش حاضر با روش توصیفی و تحلیلی و با کمک اسناد علمی کتابخانه‌ای، درصدد کشف و تحلیل حکمت‌های تشریع کفاره برای برخی از نافرمانی‌های دینی اعم از ترک واجبات و یا انجام محرمات الهی با محوریت قرآن کریم است. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که در قرآن کریم کفاره، مصادیق عام و خاصی دارد و اسرار پرشماری در تشریع آن نهفته است. راقمان این سطور با واکاوی آیات قرآنی، حکمت کفاره را به مواردی از قبیل حفظ دین، تحصیل تقوا، جلب منفعت و دفع ضرر، خردورزی، سپاسگزاری و پندپذیری، طهارت و پاکی، اصلاح امور، زدودن آثار گناه و بازدارندگی از نافرمانی مجدد، تحلیل نموده‌اند. موارد مزبور با شواهد قرآنی مورد بازشناسی قرار گرفته است.

a theoretical analysis of the wisdom behind the legislation of kaffārah (expiation) from the perspective of the holy quran

one of the most important purposes of human creation is worship and servitude, and true worship of god is only possible through compliance with divine laws and rulings. out of grace, god the exalted has provided alternatives and penalties to compensate for violations of these commandments, thereby mitigating or removing the worldly repercussions and the hereafter’s punishment for such disobedience. the most prominent example of these alternatives in worship-related laws is kaffārah (expiation), which islamic jurists have extensively discussed in various jurisprudential chapters such as pilgrimage, fasting, and others regarding its limits, conditions, and quantities. however, a systematic study on the wisdom and philosophy behind the legislation of kaffārah from the quranic perspective, which constitutes the aim of this research, has not yet been undertaken. therefore, this study, using a descriptive-analytical approach and relying on scholarly library sources, attempts to uncover and analyze the wisdom behind the prescription of kaffārah for certain religious disobediences, including neglecting obligatory acts or committing forbidden deeds, with particular focus on the holy quran. the findings reveal that kaffārah in the quran has both general and specific instances, encompassing numerous profound secrets in its legislation. the authors, by examining quranic verses, have analyzed the wisdom of kaffārah in terms of preserving religion, attaining piety, gaining benefit and warding off harm, rationality, gratitude and heeding advice, purification and cleanliness, reforming affairs, eradicating the effects of sin, and deterring repeated disobedience. these cases have been identified and supported through quranic evidences.
