بررسی پیامدهای فقهی ادراج و روش تعامل فقیهان با آن در احادیث فقه‌العباده

«ادراج» در متن حدیث به معنای درهم‌آمیختن سخن راوی با سخنان معصوم(ع) است که از دیرباز مورد توجه و دغدغۀ فقیهان بوده است. ازآنجاکه حتی تغییرات کوچک در متن حدیث ممکن است فقیه را از دستیابی به مقصود اصلی معصوم(ع) بازدارد و منجر به اختلاف فتوا شود، بررسی پیامدهای فقهی ادراج اهمیت ویژه‌ای دارد. این مقاله پس از مقدمه‌ای که به طرح مسئله، پیشینه و توضیح ماهیت ادراج می‌پردازد، پیامدهای فقهی ادراج همچون ایجاد اضطراب، تعارض میان اخبار، اختلاف در فتاوای فقیهان، و ابهام و تغییر در معنای حدیث را بررسی می‌کند و نشان می‌دهد در فرض علم به ادراج، این پدیده مانع از تمسک به ظهور بدوی حدیث است، ولی احتمال ادراج، مانعی برای تمسک به ظهور ابتدایی آن محسوب نمی‌شود و این احتمال توسط اصالة‌الظهور منتفی است. پژوهش حاضر با روش توصیفی - تحلیلی به این نتیجه می‌رسد که روش‌ فقیهان برای تشخیص اصالت متن حدیث عبارت است از بررسی نسخه‌های مختلف، تشکیل خانوادۀ حدیث، تحلیل محتوایی و سبک زبانی متن و مراجعه به نظرات عالمان.

studying the islamic jurisprudential consequences of interpolation ادراج) idraj) and the method of islamic jurists' dealing with it in the hadiths of fiqh al-'ibadah

interpolation( arabic: ادراج idraj( in the text of a hadith meansmixing the words of the narrator with the words of theinfallible (peace be upon him;imam), which has long been aconcern and preoccupation of islamic jurists. since evensmall changes in the text of a hadith may prevent the islamicjurist from achieving the main intent of the infallible (peacebe upon him) and lead to differences in legal rulings (arabic:فتوا fatwa), examining the islamic jurisprudential consequencesof interpolation is of particular importance. after anintroduction that addresses the issue, background, and thenature of interpolation this paper examines the islamicjurisprudential consequences of interpolation, such as causinganxiety, conflict among reports, differences in islamic jurists'fatwas, ambiguity and changes in the meaning of the hadith.and it indicates that in the case of knowledge ofinterpolation(idraj(, this phenomenon prevents relying on theapparent initial meaning of the hadith. however, thepossibility of interpolation(idraj( does not hinder relying onits primary appearance, and this possibility is dismissed bythe principle of asalatu adh-dhuhoor (arabic: اصاله الظهور literalmeaning: primacy of the apparent meaning). this research,utilizing a descriptive-analytical method, concludes that themethods of the islamic jurists use for determining theauthenticity of the hadith text involves examining differentversions, forming a family of hadith(related narrations),content analysis and linguistic style analysis of the text, andreferring to the opinions of scholars.
