مروری بر آموزش چندپایه: چالش‌ها و راهکارها

در آموزش‌وپرورش شرایط متنوعی در حوزه‌ی تعلیم و تربیت وجود دارد که متفاوت از یکدیگر است و برنامه ریزان، به‌ویژه معلمان، به مقتضای شرایط باید کار یاددهی-یادگیری را پیش ببرند. یکی از این شرایط ویژه، وجود مدارس کوچک یا کلاس‌های چندپایه است که یک معلم مجبور می‌شود چندپایه را به‌طور هم‌زمان و در یک کلاس تدریس کند. این موقعیت‌ها نسبتاً رایج هستند و معمولاً در مناطق روستایی و یا در مدارس عشایر و مدارس خاص روی می‌دهند. در این پژوهش از روش مروری برای بررسی آموزش چندپایه صورت گرفته است. بحث و بررسی درباره روش‌ها و الگوهای تدریس و مدیریت کلاس درس دوره ابتدایی به‌ویژه کلاس‌های چندپایه، یکی از مباحث اساسی و کلیدی است که ازنظر متخصصان برنامه‌ریزی درسی و روانشناسان تربیتی اهمیت ویژه‌ای یافته است. برخی، این مدل کلاس‌ها را جزو معضلات نظام آموزشی می‌دانند و بعضی دیگر وجود این کلاس‌ها را به‌مثابه یک فرصت آموزشی و پرورشی بهینه به شمار می‌آورند.

in education, there are various conditions in the field of education, which are different from each other, and planners, especially teachers, should advance the teaching-learning work according to the conditions. one of these special conditions is the existence of small schools or multigrade classes where a teacher is forced to teach multiple grades simultaneously in one class. these situations are relatively common and usually occur in rural areas or in nomad schools and special schools. in this research, a review method has been used to investigate multilevel education. discussion and investigation about the methods and patterns of teaching and classroom management of the elementary school, especially multi-grade classes, is one of the basic and key topics that has gained special importance from the point of view of curriculum planning specialists and educational psychologists. some consider this model of classes as one of the problems of the educational system, and others consider the existence of these classes as an optimal educational opportunity.
