بررسی مروری نقش رهبری دانشی بر توسعه نیروی انسانی و نوآوری در سازمان ها

هر سازمانی برای رسیدن به اهداف خود احتیاج به منابع مختلفی دارد و بدون شک مهم ترین منبع در هر سازمانی نیروی انسانی شاغل در آن سازمان است. عوامل معتددی کارایی افراد را در سازمان تحت تاثیر قرار می دهند یکی از مواردی که رفتار سازمانی هر فرد را به شدت تحت تاثیر قرار می دهد سبک رهبری دانش محور است. رویکرد رهبری مناسب برای الهام بخشیدن به نوآوری در میان کارکنان ثابت شده است و در این راستا، توسعه منابع انسانی نیر در رشد نوآوری در سازمان نقش مهمی دارد. با توجه به اهمیت این موضوع در این پژوهش به بررسی مروری نقش رهبری دانشی بر توسعه نیروی انسانی و نوآوری پرداخته شده است.

a review of the role of knowledge leadership on the development of human resources and innovation in organizations

every organization needs different resources to achieve its goals, and without a doubt, the most important resource in any organization is the human resources working in that organization. several factors affect the efficiency of people in the organization. one of the things that strongly affects the organizational behavior of each person is the knowledge-oriented leadership style. the appropriate leadership approach has been proven to inspire innovation among employees, and in this regard, the development of human resources plays an important role in the growth of innovation in the organization. considering the importance of this issue, in this research, a review of the role of knowledge leadership on human resource development and innovation has been done.
