تاثیر هزینه‌های سلامت بر نابرابری درآمد در کشورهای منتخب عضو سازمان همکاری اسلامی

امروزه یکی از چالش‌های پیش روی نظام‌های سلامت افزایش روزافزون هزینه‌های آن است. این مطالعه به بررسی رابطه بین هزینه‌های سلامت و نابرابری درآمد می‌پردازد. نابرابری درآمد با استفاده از چهار ضریب جینی و در یک رویکرد چندک با استفاده از داده‌های تابلویی سالانه از سال 2000 تا 2022 در کشورهای منتخب عضو سازمان همکاری اسلامی با درآمد متوسط مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است، نتایج تجربی نشان می‌دهد که اثر هزینه‌های سلامت بر نابرابری درآمد در کشورهایی که جزء 10 درصد بالای سطح درآمدی در این گروه هستند، بسیار بیشتر از کشورهایی است که در پایین‌ترین سطح درآمدی قرار دارند. تاثیر امید به زندگی، نرخ مرگ‌ومیر و جمعیت بر نابرابری درآمد نیز برعکس است؛ یعنی کشورهایی که در بالاترین رده به لحاظ سطح درآمدی قرار دارند، تاثیر این متغیرها بر نابرابری درآمد بسیار بیشتر از کشورهایی است که در رده‌های پایین‌تر درآمدی قرار دارند. همچنین با توجه به تاثیر ساختار جمعیت بر نابرابری درآمد لازم است در طراحی و تدوین سیاست‌ها در زمینه سلامت، بهداشت و ساختار جمعیتی به شکلی جدی مورد توجه قرار گیرد. سیاست‌های بهداشتی، درمانی و بهبود کیفیت زندگی برای بالا بردن امید به زندگی و کاهش نرخ مرگ‌ومیر، سیاست‌های افزایش سرمایه‌گذاری (کاهش مصرف، ارتقای امنیت، اقتصادی توسعه صادرات و ...) برای کاهش نابرابری درآمد پی‌گیری شود.

the impact of health costs on income inequality in selected members countries of islamic cooperation organization

abstracttoday, one of the challenges facing health systems is the ever-increasing increase in its costs. this study investigates the relationship between health costs and income inequality. income inequality has been investigated using four gini coefficients and, in a quantile, approach using annual panel data from 2000 to 2022 in selected middle-income member countries of the organization of islamic cooperation, the empirical results show that the effect of health costs on inequality the income in the countries that are part of the top 10 percent of the income level in this group is much higher than the countries that are in the lowest income level. the effect of life expectancy, death rate and population on income inequality is also opposite; that is, the countries that are in the highest category in terms of income level, the effect of these variables on income inequality is much greater than the countries that are in the lower income categories. also, due to the effect of population structure on income inequality, it is necessary to seriously consider it in the design and formulation of policies in the field of health, hygiene and population structure. health, treatment and quality of life improvement policies to increase life expectancy and decrease mortality rate, policies to increase investment (reduction of consumption, promotion of security, economic development of exports, etc.) should be pursued to reduce income inequality.
