بررسی رابطه نگه‌داشت وجه نقد و ارزش شرکت با توجه به نقش تعدیل گر خوش‌بینی مدیریت

هدف این پژوهش، بررسی رابطه نگه داشت وجه نقد و ارزش شرکت با توجه به نقش تعدیل گر خوش بینی مدیریت است. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی است زیرا نتیجه کار می تواند برای تصمیم گیری های مدیریتی در زمینه ارزش شرکت مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. همچنین در این پژوهش چون هدف بررسی رابطه بین متغیرهای مستقل و وابسته است، تحقیق، جزء پژوهش های همبستگی محسوب می شود. در این تحقیق برای این که نمونه آماری یک نماینده مناسب از جامعه آماری موردنظر باشد، از روش حذف سیستماتیک استفاده شده است. نمونه آماری شامل 169 شرکت پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران در دوره زمانی 1393 تا 1401 است. برای تحلیل داده ها از رگرسیون پنل و نرم افزار eviews10 کمک گرفته شده است. نتایج حاکی از این است که بین نگه داشت وجه نقد و ارزش شرکت رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. همینطور نتایج نشان داد که خوش بینی مدیریت بر رابطه نگه داشت وجه نقد و ارزش شرکت، اثر تعدیل کنندگی دارد.

the relationship between cash holdings and company value with respect to moderating role of management optimism

the aim of the current research is to investigate the relationship between cash holding and company value with regard to the moderating role of management optimism. the method of the present research is practical in terms of its purpose because the results can be used for managerial decisions in the field of company value. also, in this research, since the goal is the relationship between independent and dependent variables, it is considered one of the correlation studies. the statistical sample includes 169 companies admitted to the tehran stock exchange in the period from 2014 to 2023. for data analysis, regression panel and eviews10 software were used. the results indicated that there is a positive and significant relationship between cash retention and company value. also, the results showed that management optimism has an effect on the relationship between cash holding and company value. keywords: cash holding ، company value، management optimism.
