ارائه مدل رشد کارآفرینی برای توسعه مناطق آزاد بر اساس تامین منافع جامعه محلی (مورد مطالعه: منطقه آزاد ماکو)

با توجه به نقش و اهمیت کارآفرینی و سابقه درخشان کارآفرینان در توسعه بسیاری از کشورها و باتوجه به مشکلات اقتصادی زیادی که کشور با آن مواجه بوده و دست یاری از هر سویی می طلبد، ترویج و اشاعه مفهوم کارآفرینی بسترسازی برای فرهنگ حامی کارآفرینی و مهمتر از همه تربیت افراد کارافرین برای تمای ججوامع مخصوصا ایران از اهمیت و ضرورت حیاتی برخوردار است. لذا هدف تحقیق ارائه مدل رشد کارآفرینی برای توسعه مناطق آزاد بر اساس تامین منافع جامعه محلی است. روش تحقیق ترکیبی از نوع اکتشافی، توسعه ای-کاربردی است. جامعه آماری در مرحله کیفی 15 نفر خبرگان، متخصصین رشته کارآفرینی و کارآفرینان منطقه آزاد است. که به روش نمونه-گیری غیرتصادفی انتخاب شدند. جامعه آماری مرحله کمی نیز 130 نفر از کارافرینان میباشند. روش گردآوری داده، پیمایشی است و ابزارگردآوری داده ها در مرحله کیفی، مطالعه سیستماتیک و مصاحبه عمیق نیمه ساختاریافته و درمرحله کمی نیز پرسشنامه است. روایی محتوای کیفی از طریق روایی صوری تایید شد و پایایی محتوای کیفی از طریق ضریب آلفای کرنباخ تایید شد که 0/81 شده بود که مدل تحقیق از پایایی مناسب برخوردار است.روایی و پایا پرسشنامه نیز از طریق روایی همگرا و پایایی ترکیبی تعیین شد. روش تجزیه و تحلیل داده های در مرحله کیفی،تحلیل مضمون بود و روش تجزیه و تحلیل داده در مرحله کمی، روش معادلات ساختاری بود. درمرحله کیفی 5 مضمون اصلی و 15 مضمون فرعی مدل از شناسایی شد. یافته در محله کمی نشان داد که فرضیه ها همگی تاثیرمعناداری دارد و مدل از برازش برخوردار است. نتیجه تحقیق نشان می دهد که منطقه آزاد ماکومنطقه ای مناسب جهت توسعه کارافرینی برای ساکنین و غیره ساکن می باشد و سبب رشد اقتصادی منطقه و کشور می شود. لذا پیشنهاد می شود در جهت مدیریت کارافرینی، خط مشی ها و برنامه های قابل اجرا تدوین گردد.

developing a model of entrepreneurship development for the development of free zones based on local community interests (case study: of maku free zone )

regarding the role and importance of entrepreneurship and the bright background of entrepreneurs in the development of many countries and considering the many economic problems facing the country and the help of each direction, promotion and dissemination of the concept of entrepreneurial orientation for the entrepreneurial and entrepreneurial culture of all the entrepreneurial people for all of the entrepreneurs in iran especially iran is of vital importance. therefore, the aim of this study is to provide a model for the development of free zones based on local community interests. the research method is a combination of exploration and development. the statistical population in the qualitative phase is 15 experts, entrepreneurship professionals and the entrepreneurs of the free zone. they were selected by non - random sampling method. the statistical population consists of 130 entrepreneurs. the data collection method is survey and the data collection tool is a questionnaire in qualitative phase, systematic study and semi - structured and semi - structured interviews. the validity of the qualitative content was confirmed through face validity and the reliability of the qualitative content was confirmed through cronbach 's alpha coefficient which was 0/81 that the research model had appropriate reliability. validity and reliability of the questionnaire was determined by convergent validity and composite reliability. the method of data analysis in the qualitative phase was content analysis. the method of data analysis in quantitative phase was structural equation modeling. in the qualitative phase five main themes and 15 sub - themes were identified. the findings of the study showed that the hypothesis has a significant effect and the model is fit. the result indicates that the free zone of maku area is suitable for the development of entrepreneurial for residents and so on. therefore, it is suggested to develop policies for entrepreneurship management, policy and implementation programs.
