تاثیر استحکام مدیریتی بر افشای اطلاعات با توجه به نقش تعدیل‌گر بلوغ بدهی در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران

هدف از انجام این تحقیق بررسی نقش تعدیلگر بلوغ بدهی در رابطه تاثیر استحکام مدیریتی بر کیفیت سود در شرکت‌های پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران بود. این تحقیق به روش توصیفی- همبستگی انجام شد. جامعه آماری تحقیق را کلیه شرکت‌های پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران طی سال‌های 1392 تا 1396 تشکیل می‌دهند که تعداد 119 شرکت در تمام طول دوره تحقیق در بازار بورس فعال بوده و مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته‌اند. داده‌های تحقیق از صورت‌های مالی شرکت‌ها استخراج گردیده و با استفاده از مدل‌های رگرسیونی به روش داده‌های ترکیبی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان داد که بین استحکام مدیریتی بر کیفیت سود رابطه مثبت و معنی‌داری دارد و استحکام مدیریتی با توجه به نقش تعدیلگر بلوغ بدهی بر کیفیت سود شرکت‌های پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران تاثیرگذار بوده است.

investigating the effect of managerial entrenchment on disclosure given the role of debt maturity moderator of companies accepted in tehran stock exchange

the purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of managerial entrenchment on disclosure of information regarding the moderating role of debt maturity in listed companies in tehran stock exchange. this is a descriptive-correlational study and it is an applied research. the statistical population of the study consisted of all companies listed in tehran stock exchange during the years 1392 to 1396. the research data were extracted from corporate financial statements and analyzed by regression models using combined data method. the findings of the study showed that managerial entrenchment has an impact on the reliability of financial statements of listed companies in tehran stock exchange and also showed that managerial entrenchment due to the role of debt maturity moderator on timely financial statements of listed companies tehran’s stock has been impressive.
