چکیده
|
In this research, finding the elastic modules using nanoindentation by the atomic force microscope has been investigated by considering 5 different types of polymers as soft samples. at first, the elastic modulus of the polymers has been obtained using the nt-mdt solver p47 scanning probe microscope for the extension and retraction strokes.considering the importance of the subject and their application in the industry. after making macropolymers, their elastic modulus and adhesion force have been obtained for both penetration and return modes of the microscope. to investigate the mechanical properties of macropolymers, gpk atomic force microscope model nanowizard 3 along with its specialized software with version 0.5.96 was used. here, young’s modulus is expressed for all of the specimens due to the nanoindentation and tensile testing techniques.the outcomes display that a decrease of young’s modulus, increases the diversity among the young’s modules resulted by nanoindentation and tensile testing techniques. by raising the young’s modulus, the changes among the elasticity modules resulted by extend and retract regimes reduces.
