پژوهش‌سراهای دانش‌آموزی: تحلیل پدیدارشناسانه چالش‌ها و فرصت‌ها

زمینه و اهداف: پژوهش‌سراهای دانش‌آموزی به‌عنوان مراکز علمی و پژوهشی مهم در توسعه و ارتقای توانایی‌های تحقیقاتی دانش‌آموزان نقش بسزایی دارند. با این حال، این مراکز با چالش‌های متعددی روبرو هستند که مانع از بهره‌وری کامل آنها می‌شود. هدف این پژوهش شناسایی چالش‌ها و فرصت‌های موجود در پژوهش‌سراهای دانش‌آموزی از دیدگاه مدیران این مراکز و ارائه راهکارهایی برای بهبود وضعیت آنها است.روش ها: این پژوهش از نوع کیفی و با رویکرد پدیدارشناسانه انجام شده است. برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، از مصاحبه‌های عمیق نیمه‌ساختاریافته با 51 مدیر پژوهش‌سراهای دانش‌آموزی استان آذربایجان شرقی استفاده شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از روش هفت مرحله‌ای کلایزی انجام شد.یافته ها: یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان داد که پژوهش‌سراهای دانش‌آموزی با مشکلات متعددی از جمله کمبود تجهیزات، مشکلات مالی، عدم تخصص در شاخه‌های علمی، و بوروکراسی اداری مواجه هستند. همچنین، ضعف دانش و مهارت پژوهشی معلمان و دانش‌آموزان، عدم تناسب وظایف محول شده با حجم کار، و نبود شیوه‌نامه‌های اجرایی مناسب از دیگر چالش‌های اصلی این مراکز بودند.نتیجه گیری: برای بهبود عملکرد پژوهش‌سراهای دانش‌آموزی، نیاز به تخصیص منابع بیشتر، افزایش آموزش‌های تخصصی برای معلمان و دانش‌آموزان و تدوین شیوه‌نامه‌های اجرایی متناسب با نیازهای این مراکز وجود دارد. همچنین، توجه به حل مشکلات مالی و تسهیل در فرآیندهای اداری می‌تواند به ارتقای کیفیت فعالیت‌های پژوهشی در این مراکز کمک کند.

student research centers: a phenomenological analysis of challenges and opportunities

background and objectives: student research centers serve as significant academic and research hubs, playing a crucial role in the development and enhancement of students' research capabilities. however, these centers face numerous challenges that hinder their full potential. the purpose of this study is to identify the challenges and opportunities present in student research centers from the perspective of their managers and to propose strategies for improving their status.methods: this study employs a qualitative approach with a phenomenological methodology. data were collected through semi structured in depth interviews with 15 managers of student research centers in east azerbaijan province. data analysis was conducted using colaizzi's seven step method.findings: the findings indicate that student research centers face several issues, including a lack of equipment, financial constraints, a lack of expertise in scientific fields, and administrative bureaucracy. additionally, weaknesses in the research knowledge and skills of teachers and students, disproportionate workload assignments, and the absence of appropriate operational guidelines were identified as key challenges.conclusion: to improve the performance of student research centers, there is a need for increased resource allocation, specialized training for teachers and students, and the development of operational guidelines tailored to the needs of these centers. moreover, addressing financial issues and streamlining administrative processes could enhance the quality of research activities in these centers.
