تاثیر مهارت های تجزیه و تحلیل داده های بزرگ، مهارت های تشخیصی و مهارت های حسابداری قانونی در توانمند سازی حسابداران نسل z

این پژوهش با هدف تقویت توانمندسازی حسابداران نسل z به بررسی تاثیر مهارت‌های تحلیل داده‌های کلان بر توسعه مهارت‌های حسابداری قانونی از طریق تقویت مهارت‌های تشخیصی انجام شده است. این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی و با روش توصیفی-پیمایشی می باشد. داده‌ها از طریق روش‌های کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی و با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه ساختاریافته استاندارد ایمجایی و همکاران (2024) جمع‌آوری گردید. جامعه آماری شامل دانشجویان کارشناسی و کارشناسی ارشد حسابداری نسل z در دانشگاه‌های شیراز بود. نمونه‌گیری به شیوه در دسترس انجام شده است و در مجموع، 164 پرسش‌نامه در سه‌ماهه پاییز سال 1403 در میان جامعه آماری توزیع و گردآوری شده است. پایایی ابزار پژوهش با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی ترکیبی سنجیده شد و روایی آن نیز از طریق تحلیل عاملی تاییدی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. تحلیل داده‌ها با مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزارهای spss و  smart pls انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که مهارت‌های تحلیل داده‌های کلان به‌طور مثبت و معناداری بر توانایی‌های تشخیصی و مهارت‌های حسابداری قانونی دانشجویان تاثیر دارند. همچنین، مهارت‌های تشخیصی نقش مهمی در تقویت مهارت‌های حسابداری قانونی ایفا می‌کنند. بنابراین؛ بازاندیشی در آموزش حسابداری با بهره‌گیری از تحلیل داده‌های کلان، چارچوبی نوآورانه برای تقویت مهارت‌های تشخیصی و حسابداری قانونی نسل z ایجاد می‌کند و آنان را برای مواجهه با چالش‌های واقعی بازار کار آماده می‌سازد.

the impact of big data analysis skills, diagnostic skills, and forensic accounting skills in empowering gen z accountants

this study aimed to strengthen the empowerment of the z–generation accountants to investigate the impact of macro – data analysis skills on developing legal accounting skills through reinforcement of diagnostic skills. the research is applied in nature and was conducted using a descriptive–survey design. data were collected through both library research and field methods, employing the standardized structured questionnaire developed by imjai et al. (2024). the statistical population comprised undergraduate and master's level generation z accounting students at universities in shiraz. convenience sampling was employed, and a total of 164 questionnaires were distributed and collected during the fall semester of (2024). the reliability of the instrument was assessed using cronbach's alpha and composite reliability, while its validity was examined through confirmatory factor analysis. data analysis was performed using structural equation modeling (sem) with spss and smart pls software. the findings indicate that big data analytics skills have a positive and significant effect on students' diagnostic abilities and forensic accounting skills. furthermore, diagnostic skills play a substantial role in strengthening forensic accounting competencies. accordingly, rethinking accounting education through the integration of big data analytics provides an innovative framework for enhancing the diagnostic and forensic accounting capabilities of generation z students and better prepares them to address real-world labor market challenges.
