اصول سلبی و ایجابی مفهوم جهاد تبیین در دیدگاه آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای در چهارچوب جنگ نرم

پیروزی انقلاب اسلامی ایران در بهمن 1357 سبب شد طیف گسترده‌ای از کشورهای حاضر در اردوگاه استکبار در مقابل آن قرار بگیرند. نبردهای نظامی گسترده و محدود نظامی و تهدیدات سیاسی به دلیل بازدارندگی بالای انقلاب اسلامی نتوانسته است آسیبی به این انقلاب وارد سازد. جنگ نرم و جنگ شناختی با محوریت ابزارهای رسانه‌ای و فضای مجازی از جانب نظام استکبار جهانی به رهبری آمریکا در دو دهه اخیر اوج گرفته است. در این فضا طرح مفهوم جهاد تبیین توسط آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای به‌عنوان راهبردی جهت مقابله با هجمه‌های جنگ روانی دشمن در چهارچوب نبرد نرم‌افزاری مطرح شده است. در پژوهش حاضر نگارنده به دنبال بررسی مفهوم جهاد تبیین در منظومه فکری آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای و توضیح ابعاد و لایه‌های مختلف آن است. سوال پژوهش حاضر این است که اصول سلبی و ایجابی مفهوم جهاد تبیین در دیدگاه آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای چیست؟ در پاسخ به پرسش فوق، فرضیه حاضر مطرح می‌شود که اصول سلبی مفهوم جهاد تبیین در دیدگاه آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای عبارت است از مقابله‌جویی مبتنی بر بیان روایت درست و مقابله‌جویی مبتنی بر آگاهی‌بخشی و اصل ایجابی عبارت است از تبیین مبتنی بر عقلانیت و انتقال حقایق. روش مقاله پیشِ‌رو توصیفی- تبیینی و روش جمع‌آوری داده‌ها و اطلاعات اسنادی است.

the victory of the islamic revolution of iran in february 1979 led to a wide range of arrogant powers standing against it. extensive and limited military confrontations, as well as political threats, have failed to harm the revolution due to its high deterrence. however, soft war and cognitive warfare, centered around media tools and cyberspace, have intensified in the past two decades by the global arrogance system led by the united states. in this context, the concept of explanation jihad (jihad-e tabyin) was introduced by ayatollah khamenei as a strategy to counter the psychological warfare of the enemy within the framework of soft warfare. in this research, the author seeks to examine the concept of explanation jihad within the intellectual framework of ayatollah khamenei and explain its various dimensions and layers. the research question is: what are the restrictive and prescriptive principles of the concept of explanation jihad in the view of the supreme leader of the islamic revolution? in response to this question, the following hypothesis is proposed: the restrictive principles of the concept of explanation jihad in the view of ayatollah khamenei lie in the confrontation based on presenting the correct narrative and confrontation based on raising awareness, while the prescriptive principle is explanation based on rationality and conveying truths. the method of this article is descriptive-explanatory, and the data collection method is documentary.
