تبیین تحلیل گفتمانی حرام سیاسی در اندیشه آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای

طی سخنرانی آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای در تاریخ 15/01/1402، مفهوم جدیدی در سپهر اندیشه‌ای ایران به نام «حرام سیاسی» ابداع و تولید شد. پژوهش حاضر در پیِ فهم معنایی و ارتباط آن با بستر جامعه و مراد گوینده در کاربست اجتماعی این راهبرد زبانی است. سوال پژوهش حاضر این است که مفهوم حرام سیاسی و بستر و بافت پدیدآورنده این مفهوم چیست؟ بنابر این با استفاده از رویکرد انتقادی و با ارائه مستندات و ذکر شواهد، سعی شده این مفروض اثبات گردد که حرام سیاسی در اندیشه آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای بر اساس اصول و مقاصد شرعی و منافع ملی تعریف می‌شود و به‌عنوان یک مکانیسم اخلاقی و قانونی جهت بسط و تقویت جامعه توحیدی و تسهیل‌کننده اجرای شریعت در بطن جامعه می‌باشد. رویکرد پژوهشی حاضر بر مبنای تحلیل گفتمان انتقادی فرکلاف و در سه مرحله جمع‌بندی گردیده است: مرحله «توصیف»، مرحله «پرکتیس گفتمانی» و مرحله «پرکتیس اجتماعی». نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که حرام سیاسی در اندیشه آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای یک گفتمان انتقادی است که با گفتمان‌های دیگر مانند اسلام سیاسی یا فقاهتی و جمهوریت ارتباط معناداری دارد و با دال‌هایی همچون جامعه توحیدی، امر به معروف و نهی از منکر، آزادی، امنیت، منافع ملی و هویت ملی مرتبط است؛ همچنین از این مفهوم‌سازی برای مقابله با چالش‌ها و تهدیدهای داخلی و خارجی استفاده می‌شود.

during the speech of ayatollah khamenei on april 4, 2023, a new concept called political haram was introduced and developed within the iranian intellectual literature. this research seeks to understand the meaning of this concept, its connection to the societal context, and the speaker's intent in the social application of this linguistic strategy. the research question is: what is the concept of political haram, and what is the context and background that led to the creation of this concept? using a critical approach and providing evidence and examples, this study aims to prove the assumption that political haram, in the thought of ayatollah khamenei, is defined based on islamic principles, sharia objectives, and national interests. it serves as an ethical and legal mechanism to expand and strengthen a monotheistic society and facilitate the implementation of sharia within society. the research approach is based on fairclough's critical discourse analysis (cda) and is summarized in three stages: the descriptive stage, the discursive practice stage, and the social practice stage. the results indicate that political haram, in ayatollah khamenei's thought, is a critical discourse that is meaningfully connected to other discourses such as political islam, jurisprudential islam, and republicanism. it is associated with signifiers such as a monotheistic society, enjoining good and forbidding evil, freedom, security, national interests, and national identity. furthermore, this conceptualization is used to address internal and external challenges and threats.
