راهبردهای آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای در مقابله با جنگ ترکیبی (تحلیل اغتشاشات سال 1401)

این مقاله با تمرکز بر اغتشاشات سال 1401، به بررسی راهبردهای آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای در مقابله با جنگ ترکیبی می‌پردازد. هدف اصلی پژوهش، شناسایی و تحلیل راهبردهایی است که بتوانند در جلوگیری از تاثیرات منفی جنگ ترکیبی، کارا باشند. با توجه به پیچیدگی‌های روزافزون امنیت داخلی در دنیای معاصر و استفاده گسترده از جنگ‌های ترکیبی که شامل تهدیدات نظامی، تحریم اقتصادی و جنگ شناختی می‌شود، فهم دقیق و ارزیابی راهبردهای موثر برای مقابله با این تهدیدات، اهمیت ویژه‌ای دارد. تحلیل اغتشاشات سال 1401 نشان‌دهنده یک مورد مطالعه ارزشمند از این پدیده است. در این پژوهش با استفاده از تحلیل مضمون به بررسی داده‌های کیفی پرداخته شده است. این روش با استخراج و تحلیل مضامین کلیدی از داده‌ها، امکان شناسایی الگوها و راهبردهای نهفته را فراهم می‌آورد. همچنین از ابزار مکس‌کیودا (maxqda2020) جهت کدگذاری و ساخت شبکه مضامین استفاده شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای با تاکید بر تقویت همبستگی ملی و توجه ویژه به هوشیاری عمومی، راهبردهایی جامع برای مقابله با جنگ ترکیبی در اغتشاشات سال 1401 ارائه کرده‌اند. ایشان با اشاره به نقشه‌های دشمن در زمینه ایجاد یاس و ناامیدی و تلاش برای تغییر عقاید مردم، همگان را به وحدت و استقامت فراخواندند و در مواجهه با بهره‌گیری دشمن از رسانه‌ها برای تاثیرگذاری بر احساسات جوانان، بر ضرورت مقابله هوشیارانه و اطلاع‌رسانی دقیق تاکید کردند. ایشان نقش جوانان و زنان را در حفظ مقاومت و استحکام فرهنگی برجسته ساخته و نیروهای مسلح و بسیج را به‌عنوان حافظان امنیت و نظم، تقویت نمودند.

this article examines the strategies of ayatollah khamenei in countering hybrid warfare, with a focus on the 2022 protests. the primary objective of the research is to identify and analyze strategies that can effectively mitigate the negative impacts of hybrid warfare. given the increasing complexities of internal security in the contemporary world and the widespread use of hybrid warfare, which includes military threats, economic sanctions, and cognitive warfare, understanding and evaluating effective strategies to counter these threats is of particular importance. the analysis of the 2022 protests provides a valuable case study of this phenomenon. in this research, thematic analysis has been used to examine qualitative data. this method, by extracting and analyzing key themes from the data, enables the identification of underlying patterns and strategies. additionally, the maxqda2020 tool was used for coding and constructing thematic networks. the findings of the research indicate that ayatollah khamenei, by emphasizing the strengthening of national solidarity and paying special attention to public vigilance, has presented comprehensive strategies to counter hybrid warfare during the 2022 protests. by highlighting the enemy's plans to create despair and hopelessness and attempts to change public beliefs, he called on everyone to unite and remain steadfast. in response to the enemy's use of media to influence the emotions of the youth, he emphasized the necessity of vigilant counteraction and accurate information dissemination. he highlighted the role of youth and women in maintaining resistance and cultural resilience and strengthened the armed forces and the basij as guardians of security and order.
